The front desk receptionists were very pleasant and friendly, and everything looked very nice inside the lobby. I also loved having Free parking and that it was easily accessible to my room. For the most part my room looked clean.

The back entrance to the building my room was located in, can use a little more cleaning (e.g. windows, walkway, etc.). My room looked nice, except the toilet bowl and seat didn’t look thoroughly clean, not sure if those were permanent stains, or could have used extra cleaning. My sheets were inside out, so it caused me to think, maybe they were just turned over after the last customers stay. I’m hoping that’s not true, and the workers were just in a hurry.

The hotel is in a good location close to the downtown and some nice new bars and restaurants. At first impression this is a very large hotel which is slightly frayed at the edges but the room was very quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to park our car outside the room which was useful. We only stayed one night and as it was warm and light we took advantage of walking a few blocks to a nice restaurant in the downtown. A few dodgy characters about but they didn't bother us.

It was ok for one night.

Room was large, clean, and had good amenities.

The hair dryer in bathroom did not work and the $10 fee for breakfast was not good value. Most hotels offered more for their customers for breakfast for free. There was not as much offered as pictured on the website, no waffles or pancakes, and the attendant kept hovering over the food area and tables. was not good value for money at all. I stayed for 3 nights and only ate breakfast the first morning. Went to Denny's after that and had better breakfast for cheaper cost.

Clean and easy to find

When I checked I was told I had not booked an ADA room and our room would be on second floor with no elevator. Also I had a pet and the room was not for pets. I have a SERVICE Dog and she is not classified as a pet. Desk person told me they were full and could not accommodate us. He finally did find a room but had to charge me more for less I was tired after a long day on road and accepted it. No bars in shower and it was a bit slippery, scary for husband who is pre surgery for hip replacement.

I liked the convenience to the convention that we were participating in.

The toilet seat was loose so it moved around as I was doing my business. The refrigerator froze our food ruining it even though We kept turning it down. Phone was not working so the first night I was kept awake all night by the people upstairs above our room. Ice machine on our floor didn't work, and the pool was green & disgusting looking. Granted it was too cold to swim but the pool should have been covered.

Nice, overstuffed chair to sit in at the end of a hard day. When I checked in there was a man in front of me who turned and said "she's the best" referring to the check-in clerk. When it was my turn I discovered that he was right! Best check-in experience that I could have hoped for. About 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2.

Need grab bar to get in and out of the shower.

I wont to tell you,It was one of the best motel I have ever stayed at.The spanish women at the front desk was one of the nicest person My sister had gotten sick and had to have a ambulance called As I don't drive.They offered many ways to go ,if I had to go to the hospital.Everyone was awesome.Lady at the front desk was super

The room overall was nice and clean. The large bathtub was amazing. Air conditioning was great. The pool was lovely. Very happy overall with the whole experience.

The room had a weird smell to it when we would first enter. Not horrible, but noticeable until we got used to it. There were also stains on some of the towels.

Nice location, quite.

No wi-fi signal at our room and when I went to the lobby to talk to the staff, I didn’t get any help. She said, I didn’t get any complaints from others. I even showed her I can’t get a signal and I was close to the wi-fi router in the lobby and asked her it needs to be reset. She says she did not know how to do that!

The gentleman at the front desk at night was really nice. Security guy was also nice and seemed to be doing a good job walking around the property.

You could hear everything from the rooms. I'm the one with the kids, i kinda feel bad for everyone else, i do try to keep their voice level down but thankfully no one complained anyway.
