Quality Inn Bridgeport-Clarksburg

The rooms are a nice size and the beds are very comfortable, the towels are nice and soft, the free breakfast is nice and it's consistent everyday, they do not have very many dairy-free options for my son who has allergies but I believe if we had inquired about this ahead of time they would have accommodated. It is wonderful to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and you're welcome to the paper plates and bowls and plasticware from the breakfast area to use in your room. The saved us a lot of money and time! We stayed for 6 days and had to ask for additional towels and take out our trash as they did not check in on us or clean the room unless requested. They very readily accommodated and were very kind about doing so. The entire staff is very kind and friendly, they also definitely give you your privacy if you're coming in late at night, we were out visiting family late several times. The access to West Virginia 24 right next door is an amazing asset! Normally it cost $30 a week just to have a week pass or $10 a day for a day pass. The gym is very clean and has so many different options for working out or just relaxing in the sauna or hot tub. If chosen to make this the place I stay every time I go home to visit West Virginia!

The only reason I rated it not perfect it's because I have stayed at some very high-end hotels and in comparison of course this is more of a budget hotel. This means a few things are slightly outdated, but they make up for it with free breakfast and great service, as well as the mini fridge and microwave in each room!

Location of the hotel, and the access to a 24 hour Fitness facility that I love in this area which was right next door! Breakfast was great! The staff were all kind, and helpful. The access to a king size bed was great! Free and accessible parking were also a huge plus! Lots of food and shopping nearby and easy access to route 50 and interstate 79!

There were pretty typically at least a couple of people right outside of the hotel door smoking cigarettes, as I'm not a smoker and I have asthma this was a big minus for me. The lack of an elevator made it a little tougher if you have a lot of luggage, but they do have first floor options. The rooms are also somewhat small, but they make up for this with the size of the bed!

location is very convenient, just off I-79... next door to a decent family restaurant; walking distance without having to cross a highway... other restaurants & fast food within .5 mile... front desk staff especially helpful!

missed breakfast -- didn't get up early enough (my fault, not theirs)... breakfast area a little too small for COVID conditions... someone was using their own grill out back that was somewhat annoying...

The gentleman working at the front desk was absolutely amazing very friendly.

The room was OK clean but unfortunately I did find a cuppa noodles behind the nightstand🤢. The only other thing is the hours for breakfast 5 AM to 9 AM. On vacation I don’t even get out of bed until 9 sometimes so that just kind of sucks

Breakfast & main lobby coffee was good, beds were comfortable and overall it was a quiet, peaceful & restful night.

Couldnt get a few extra towels because they were in laundry. The pot (decanter) to the coffee maker was missing which was not a big deal for us.

It was clean and decently updated. Check in was easy.

When I originally choose this hotel it was because of the location being right off the interstate, when we ended up getting off the interstate it showed a completely different location than what was shown on the maps. It was about 2 miles from the interstate.

Location was good for us, breakfast variety, comfy beds with bright linens and enough towels and toiletries.

The carpet in the hallway, stairs could be cleaner. Inside the room was clean.

the staff was great. it was close to where I need to go the next day. breakfast was good.

the shower, I guess it had cracked or busted before, and was kinds patched, but not very well. kinda felt like standing on a wet diaper.

I have recent physical injury and was shown 2 handicap accessible rooms prior to me checking in to ensure my safety

I thought the breakfast variety was good and was very convenient because we had a very early start to our day and we didn't need to go through a drive-they to pick- up something to eat. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe more comfortable chairs in the room. The ones there were okay but could have been a little more comfortable.
