Holiday Inn Express Princeton/I-77, an IHG Hotel

It was well located near restaurants. It was kept clean. The entire staff from the excellent general manager to the maintenance guy to the maids to the kitchen staff were amazing but all seemed overworked. They never complained but took it all in stride. With the hotel being full every night we were there, they had their hands full.

The outside ashtray was overflowing. And the hot tub water didn’t appear to be clean.

We ended up asking for a new room as our original room was not up to expectations-cow paths, dirty thresholds on the floor and poop splatter on the wall behind the toilet. Our new room we were offered exceeded our expectations as it was just newly remodeled. That room was a 5 star rating for sure. Kitchen for breakfast was clean and organized, and the air smelled clean and inviting once you walked in even though they are remodeling.

I did not like how you could see “cow paths” in the first room we stayed in. Threshold was dirty that separated tile and carpet. There was poop splatter on the wall and once I saw that, I asked for another room. They accommodated my family quickly and were very understanding.

We stayed here after leaving Siesta Key, FL and heading back to Youngstown, Ohio. It is a very nice place and in fact we are booking it again for next year.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, right off the expressway. Breakfast was really good. Bed was super comfortable. Great place to stay!

Breakfast was great! Location was great! Friendly, helpful staff! Jacob made sure my room was ready and clean. It was warm when I arrived, unlike some places where the heat is low when you arrive and you're cold until the heat kicks in. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub was great! I have a bad back and usually wake up every morning in pain. My bed was so comfortable my back didn't hurt when I woke up the next morning.

Bathroom floor moulding was broken in two places, bathtub coating was gone in several places and wallpaper above bathroom sink was starting to sag

Easy to find, clean rooms, accomodating staff, comfortable rooms, hot shower, and awesome breakfast.

Neighbors above us were noisy. Kids boumced from bed to bed and laughed. I have 5 kids I get it.

Breakfast is so so. I pass - my better half will eat almost anything so he takes advantage of a small breakfast.

The Lighting in the bathroom is horrible. LIght around the mirror and northing else. Good thing I wasnt' going out to a party where I would be putting on makeup! water pressure in shower is very low.

It was quite and for the most part clean.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room after being asked too. They wouldn’t give us an early check in with calling two days ahead of time to request.
