Comfort Inn & Suites DeForest

Located right off of Interstate 90. Very easy to find. This hotel is in an area with plenty of places to eat and get gas (all are right down the road). It's in a quiet and not heavily populated area. The hotel itself is very nice inside. Staff were helpful and efficient. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room itself felt bigger than most. The bathroom was clean and modern. Even though we didn't swim, the indoor pool looked awesome. There was ample parking. Overall a great choice with a surprisingly low price.

Only complaint was that the TV remote was kind of tricky to figure out how to use it. Once we got it figured out, all was good.

I always do my research before booking a hotel and this place totally lived up to it's 9.1 customer satisfaction rating! To echo some of the other comments; yes, the beds are crazy comfy, the staff was super cordial, the breakfast was spot-on, and the facilities were great. Ample parking, excellent location, super easy to access off of the interstate, and hello...a cheese shop right down the road 😉 Clean pool area, great hot tub, plenty of towels. We loved that the pool stays open until 11pm and the fitness facilities are 24-hour. What??!!! Everything really was terrific and we'd definitely stay here again, as long as the breakfast concierge guy could promise to be there too. What a gem 💎

Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean room, I saw staff cleaning the rooms, and they really deep clean. The pool and hot tub were one of the best. We shot basketball hoops in the main pool and had a lot of fun, There's a little kiddy wading pool too. So three areas of water. The hot tub felt hot with great jets. Really had a great family time in there, right off the breakfast area. Three floors and an elevator.

The curtains didnt quite close all the way but we could of asked for help on that, I am sure they would of fixed it.

I chose this hotel strictly based on breakfast since we had to wake up early and drive 3 hours, can't complain. Nice room, exactly what we needed.

Well, my girlfriend broke up with me after we got back. I mean, she's pregnant and I met her while she was pregnant and she has a kid already. She was about to move in but whew, think I dodged a bullet honestly, her insecurities from her past relationships came to light and it was crazy.

The breakfast was fine. The location was very close to the event we were attending. We appreciated your pet friendly policy. While we don't have pets, our son has 2 dogs. We were all able to stay at Comfort Inn and Suites.

I would have liked some healthier options at the breakfast, such as fat free milk and whole wheat bread.

Breakfast was not so good ... mediocre. Could easily have been improved with better quality bagels & breads, cinnamon sugar shaker, bananas.

First night the WiFi was useless for internet as there was no bandwidth available. Sunday night, the hotel was almost empty so it worked better.

The room was very nice, bed comfortable, clean, very nice bathroom. It was good to see a recycle basket in the room. Breakfast was good even though it was dished up by an employee. The room was a very good (not excellent) value.

Help yourself breakfast with tables to sit at would have been a little better. But Dane County had a mask mandate. Also (if I remember) I thought our room description mentioned a washing machine and a patio. Did not see either (wasn't an issue).

I believe the reception person was Ram, and he took very good care to demonstrate whatever I needed in the room and to make my stay comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet was way too low and made it difficult to get up again after use.

Please see above comment about the low toilet.

Breakfast was tasty and hot. Good choices.

I could not get the toaster to work, however I did not ask for assistance from staff.
