Amenities were outstanding, view was spectacular, it was quiet and peaceful but convenient to many fun things to do! It was one of the nicest places we have stayed at when traveling. It was clean and it had absolutely everything we needed and then some!

Communication from on site management. I had made a special request by email and never got a response so asked about it at check in and was told that I should have called rather than sending an email and that my request couldn’t be honored. I understand that not all special requests can be honored but I would have appreciated a reply prior to arrival.

Loved the view from our balcony! The suite was clean and well maintained. It had a small but modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening.

In the master suite, there is a whirlpool tub and shower. While having both was nice, neither were a normal size. Both were small. You could not stretch out your legs in the tub. The shower did not have spaced to bend over to scrub yourself. The shower head sprayed at face level for my 6 ft husband. It would have been nice to have a larger tub and get rid of the tiny shower. Since there was a decent shower in the 2nd bath. It wasn’t needed. The bathrooms did not have shower/tub bars for safety. It made me very nervous getting in and out of the shower and tub.

The location is perfect...right on the water. The pools (one indoor; one outdoor) are both very well maintained and the water is pristine. Rooms are great (we had a one bedroom suite on the second floor...facing the bay. It was wonderful. Very well stocked.

The only small issue is that the air conditioner is in the living room and didn't do very well cooling the bedroom. It was also loud. The issue isn't big enough that I wouldn't stay there again. It really is a fantastic resort.

Location - Easy to get to, EXCELLENT sunsets, Cleanliness - The unit, grounds, facilities (pool, whirlpool, sauna, lobby, etc., we immaculate. Quiet - we didn't need or want all the luxuries or entertainment, or to be in the middle of all tourist attractions. All those things were easily accessible. Comfortable furniture and adequate lighting in all rooms Two bathrooms had everything we needed and were very clean & shiny Even our ground level unit had excellent views of Sturgeon Bay

Major appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave) were outdated and noisy. Cooking utensils were inadequate for anything more than warming up prepared food. The kitchen didn't even have a set of cooking knives, and other cooking utensils were absent.

The view from the balcony was lovely. The room was spacious and clean for our young family. The kitchen was especially useful for breakfast. We swam in both pools, with the view from the outdoor pool being especially lovely. A short drive to Sturgeon Bay and a couple of pleasant breweries and wineries.

The carpet in the balcony was squishy and unpleasant after it rained. Our balcony was in shade much of the time (which I loved) but meant the carpet had a hard time drying out. You do have to stay a minimum of three nights, which worked fine for my family this time, but we don’t always have the free time for that long of a stay.

View from the room was excellent. Absolutely loved that we could relax and download. Everything was very lowkey. Front Desk Managers were very helpful. He found us a local supper club, which was excellent.

The room didn't appear to have been dusted or vacuumed in a while. However, sheets and towels were clean!

The room was great. The desk attendant was very helpful and made me truly feel welcome. When I booked the room it said I would have an in room whirlpool tub but my room only had a very nice shower (after standing on my feet all day I was looking forward to soaking my feet). I asked the desk attendant about it and he was able to change my room to a room that had a whirlpool tub. He asked how I booked the room as there is remodeling going on at the resort and wanted to ensure the error was fixed. Upon checkout the new desk attendant was equally as helpful and double checked how I booked the room to look into the "error" of it being stated that all rooms had a whirlpool tub. I recommended the resort to a friend who frequents Sturgeon Bay but never goes further north of the downtown area.

There was a bug in the bathroom and when I went to go kill it, it had crawled under the floorboard by the shower. I also wish there was a guide that listed what tv channels were what station so I didn't have to "flip" thru every channel to find what I was looking for.

Everything we could possibly need - toasted the sunset every night. Located a little out of the “fray”, but a short drive to all the cute Door Co. towns. Unit was very clean and had all the conveniences.

Happy, friendly staff, good Wi-fi, nice shower and very comfy bed - best of all the great view!

The location was very nice right on the lake. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.The facilities were were clean and well maintained.

The window AC unit was loud and outdated. The room decor was a little outdated.

The room had a spectacular view and was clean. The facility has recently added three outdoor outlets to accommodate drivers with plug-in electric vehicles.

The outside deck was barely enough to have 2 sit out there. We had a blower vent just outside our door (possibly AC) and it's noise and rattle made it initially hard to fall asleep. Do not ask for Room 307.
