Loved the atmosphere. Although this is not on the water, it is close enough. It is a little dated in decor, but the living room furniture was new in both rooms that we were in. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and there was a lot of space. Courtesy movies available at the front desk. We would stay here again.

Really long hallways. Only one elevator. The ice machine on 1st floor is near the front desk so it made for a long walk since we were near the end.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was charged an extra daily fee for anyone beyond 2 guests. That is a scam. The reasonable expectation would be that 4 people could stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for the cost of this place. They don't change sheets or linens regularly, so why the extra charge. Also, there is only one elevator at the front of the building. All other areas must use stairs. This is important to know for those with physical limitations.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at Pheasant Park Resort. The resort is extremely clean. We had a three bedroom suite and it was well equipped for us. The kitchen had everything you would need as far as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. There was more than enough dishwasher and dish soap. There was a huge sitting area with more than enough seating. We never felt cramped. They brought in beautiful infant and toddler cribs for us. There was a large dining room table. The front desk was very attentive and welcoming. The pool is amazing and warm and clean. They have a wonderful game room. We only go here when we stay in Door County. I would recommend this place to anyone.

this place was exceptional! staff was friendly, facilities were clean, pool indoor and outdoor, hot tub inside, in a quiet location but near everything you may want to do in sister bay. would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back in the future!

The room as very spacious. The rooms haven't been updated so they're just a little bit worn but still useful. Very comfortable.

The coffee pot was a "Mr. Coffee". I thought a Kurieg might have been better.

The staff was very friendly and the property was beautiful. Very well maintained inside and out. Clean and comfortable rooms.

My only complaint and it is small and personal preference is that the beds or mattress were too hard.

Having traveled to Door County and stayed in various locations Pheasant Park was on my list of lovely places I wanted to stay at eventually. Once I was on the property I discovered many more perks that were not visible from the outside.

I was pleased with every aspect of the property and it's location. I could find no fault.

we loved the big rooms which were more like apartments. each had their own bedroom and bathroom. the beds were comfortable. there was whole kitchen with all the equipment you would need if needed to cook. also loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub.

From checking into leaving everything went smooth. We swam in the outdoor pool, cooked in our room with the basic things you needed and grilled on the gas grills. We played corn hole and enjoyed it was so close to town. Comfortable beds. We will be returning.

There is not one thing I can mention.

Roominess, cleanliness, comfotable chairs, nice balcony, plenty of sugar and creamers. Shower had a no slip floor.

Bed was pretty good. No hair shampoo, just 2 conditioners. Sleeper couch could have been better, only decaf coffee
