Homewood Suites By Hilton Wauwatosa Milwaukee

Breakfast was really good. Staff was wonderful, aside from the overnight guy on Friday, Sept 16th. The ladies at the desk were very helpful, especially the one responsible for the great shower head! The young lady working the breakfast did great, she had a tough crowd on Sunday morning as the hotel was full.

There was a strange smell in the room. There wasn't enough pillows and even when we asked for extra ones, they were not delivered. When we went back down to the desk to get additional pillows, the guy behind the desk was asleep.

I enjoyed every experience I had during my stay. The staff was great! The facility was located centrally and conveniently. My room was very nice.

I was disappointed in my wait time for fresh towels. I eventually had to go down stairs to get them. I think the front desk staff at that time could have responded to me more politely. Prior to this incident, he was very helpful and courteous. However, he made me feel bad that I even asked about the towels more than once. It took about an hour before I went down and got them.

Appeared to be clean with the necessary items for a one night stay. I liked the large size of the space. It has a separate living and kitchenette area. If I were staying longer it would have been perfect in terms of that. As it was I only stayed the night, no socializing in room.

The bedding could be nicer / more comfortable. The pillows are mediocre as well as the blankets and mattress.

The check in and check out was so smooth. Branden and Porschia was so helpful and they are great in what they do! Awesome customer service! Free breakfast is an added bonus! Great selection of food and it was delicious! I was so surprised with the size of our room! We enjoyed our 2 days 3 nights stay! I have a 18 year old and 14 year old and they very much enjoyed the facilities as well! Very clean place!

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. It is located in an area called Mayfair which is very new and, the hotel itself is new, clean, and quiet. The room layout was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. We had a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator too. The staff was super friendly, and the facilities were great for our needs. We appreciated the water bottle refill station outside of the gym too.

The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking but, this is due to COVID. They did the best that they could under the circumstances and, the staff was very friendly and kind.

All of the staff were super nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, it was nice and quiet, and the kids loved the pool and breakfast

Some of the furniture did have stains on it and scuff marks on the walls but other than that it was great. Pool could have been a touch warmer too.

The layout of the room, especially the kitchenette was great for our family of 4. It was a short 10 minute drive to American Family Field (Miller Park) for a Brewer game!

The breakfast didn't have as many options as I would have liked and the pool was a bit small.

The staff were fantastic!! The room was large and perfect for our needs. I felt the hotel was taking excellent measures with Covid precautions.

The breakfast was severely lacking in gluten-free options and information about the potential allergens found in the breakfast items. For a Hilton, I would have expected better. The kitchen cabinets in the room were grimy and caked with grease. The cabinets could have used a few more cups and glasses.

I liked the fact that it was like home I just had a King suite I would really like to try a King room next time. If there is such a thing. I thought it was awesome to have free breakfast.

I didn't to much care for the bathroom it was small with hardly room to move about.

good location by shopping and restaurants…the breakfast was good daily

small pool…no hot tub…and the appliance tops were dirty..I’m 6 feet tall and anyone under that will never see it…pull out bed had trash underneath which means nobody vacuumed under there. and the mirrors were dirty
