Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West

Room was very spacious and comfortable.

We went down to the pool at 8 a.m. and maintenance had door locked and were unable to go in until 10 a.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. so we did not get to use the pool. Should consider present guests before doing pool maintenance in the morning unless the issue is severe and the desk person had no clue why the pool was closed.

Good location to get to our daytime destination in Milwaukee (except for all the road detours!). Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Wish there was a continental breakfast. Ice machine was out of service on our floor. Had to ask for additional coffee for the second day of our stay. It was a hassle getting in/out of the lot, due to road construction. Toilet needed two flushes for toilet paper to go down.

Security was a very nice surprise.

Vents in the bathroom would be a huge improvement . Smoke smell in the hallways tells me some guests were smoking in their rooms .

The room was spacious. The beds and bedding was clean and comfortable.

The rooms did not have a microwave or a full length mirror. Also, the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. The sink was clogged.

Extremely friendly staff. From the front desk employees to the room cleaning service everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. Very clean facility. The room was immaculate. Love the fact the indoor pool is heated - major plus! Also, enjoyed the restaurant that is connected to hotel.

The room was a little cold even with the heat turned all the way up.

I love the receptionist she was Amazing. I knew when entering the door that my family stay would be Great. Thank you for your awesome hospitality. Yes I would recommend anyone to stay!!

The fact that our room was not clean on a daily basis. I do take in consideration of protocol of COVID-19 is still in affect!

Excellent quality hotel, super roomy clean comfy in very SAFE area right off highway. Walmart in Waukesha 20 mins away also super safe and nice 🙂. Clientele all tourists out having family and couple time. Very nice stay. 🙂

Many minor glitches, lightbulb, thermostat no display (battery), missing microwave, no coffee cups for a.m. free coffee. A bit disorganized but all fixed asap, no worries.

Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West is the best in this area. Good location. Nice hotel room and staff. Close to everything: restaurants, shopping center, book store...

The bar was a pleasant surprise! After the Brewer game we sat at the bar and had a few refreshments before retiring for bed.

The rooms are a little worn, but very clean and comfortable.

It was comfortable and clean.

We had planned on eating there and visiting the bar. But was closed due to a special event. Also was looking for a blow dryer and couldn't find it. So went to walgreens to buy one. Then later found it in a black bag on the coat rack. Didn't think to look there! Would have thought it would be in the bathroom.
