Room clean. Staff friendly and responsive to our request for additional towels daily. Breakfast area clean and with good selection.

Upon checkout, clerk at desk unfriendly. Request two bottle of water for my trip home and received a stern notification that if I wasn't a honors member she should not give it to me but this one time she would. I had no problem with getting bottled water at the front desk the three days I stayed there. it just put a bad ending to a great stay. I could not remember if I'm a honor member, I believe I am. She didn't bother to look it up.

I liked the view from the 5th floor. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options available, although the potatoes left something to be desired. The staff is very accommodating to give us extras that we asked for.

I didn't realize how noisy the main road outside was. It kept us up throughout the night. When/if I come back to Green Bay, I will be requesting a riverside room for sure. This has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel, but the shower head was spraying everywhere when we used it. Just needed a good cleaning out.

Nothing, it was perfect. We will be staying there again. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of juices. The carpeting in the halls and in the room looked clean with no stains on them. Great job

Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and had perfect hours. Loved the afternoon cookies but time available not consistent.

The outlets in the room didn’t hold charger plugs tightly, they were all too loose. I also had trouble plugging in my CPAP.

Staff was friendly, informative and helpful. Amenities were beneficial: shuttle to Lambeau, breakfast each morning. Room was clean, area around the facility was safe.

I have a lot of allergy issues and alternate breakfast options were slim. Food preparation was great. Only recommendation would be offering alternate milk options (like almond milk), whole grain english muffins, etc. There were options that I could eat, but it could be better with just small modifications. Didnt negatively impact the stay however.

Great location, right by Fox River. Easy access to historic sites, and walk along the river trail and enjoy the sunset. Very clean, quiet, accommodating staff, complimentary chocolate chip cookies and hot beverages, comfortable beds. Delightful breakfast choices, has the best western omelette so far for a 3-star hotel.

There was a snowstorm and parking lot was not plowed very well. Lighting not great in bathroom and no exhaust fan. State dart ball tournament in town. It was very loud in hallway, congregating in hallways and slamming doors, etc

how convenient it was to the River Walk and the stores and restaurants for a nice walking distance from the hotel. plus being connected to the Conference center.

The fact that the fire alarm was directly outside the bathroom door and the steam from the showers would make it go off.

Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. This was a last minute family emergency trip and hotel gave us a place to stretch out and emotionally prepare for the next few days.

It would be good if king beds had king size pillows. We usually bring our own pillows because for some reason a lot of hotels don't have king size pillows.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The location next to the river is lovely. We really appreciated the view from our room. We found bars and restaurants within five minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and the shower great. Breakfast suited us and the staff member replenished the food regularly and was very friendly.
