The room was clean, cozy. Beautiful hotel. Loved the Christmas tree in the atrium!!!

We ended up having to pay twice for parking!! $10 when we checked in and then the next time we left we had to pay another 12$!!! That is a rip off.

Very reasonably priced. Our room was huge! The walls were very thick, so hallway noise was not an issue. Comfortable beds and clean.

Parking here is not great. You pay $10 a day to park in the hotel lot, but there isn't enough space, so they tell you to use "overflow parking" which is quite far from the entrance and it seems like unless you specifically ask, they will still charge you for parking in a lot that you don't actually get to park in.

We loved the location to the dance competition we were attending. The facilities were great and clean and the staff was very friendly even when dealing with ornery patrons. The room was spacious and LOVED having separate "rooms" as one of our travelers is a big snorer.

The elevators were a little slow, but that could also be because parents let their children run wild with out supervision or guidance on elevator etiquette (this is a gentle nudge to parents to PLEASE tell your children not to hit every floor button and ride the elevator for fun, it's not fun.)

What I liked about the neighboring HAMPTON INN. ZERO charge for parking and complimentary breakfast.

Somewhere on any of your web info, it should stipulate $10 parking because it's a city owned parklot? For the price, I was looking for at least a complimentary breakfast? I have to rethink where I want to stay next time a pass through Green Bay.

We have stayed at the Hyatt before. It was very nice. This time we were on the 2cnd floor on the main st side very close to the elevator.. the noise from the elevator was awful. It made a groaning or buzzing noise when it went up and down. Very disturbing… I mentioned this to the front desk when we checked out..

Parking was impossible. I only parked one night in the lot , which I had to pay for., we parked in the ramp after that and on weekends it’s free. ..

Out room was spotless and very roomy. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. We loved pub 333 and the staff were amazing. This is our go to hotel everytime we stay in Green Bay. We will most definitely be back!

Friendly & helpful staff; beautiful facility; spacious rooms; largely proportioned restaurant meals; Starbucks; large pool/spa; conveniently attached to a convention center.

For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have the option of a continental-type breakfast (instead of having to go through the restaurant or the market).

I really enjoyed the room. Having the extra space to hang out, eat dinner and then head in the bedroom area. The pool was fun for my little one, having the sauna as well was a nice surprise. The gym was much nicer and bigger than most places. Overall very happy with our stay.

Shower pressure and the elevators were slow….if I had to pick out something.

The facility is excellent and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are sizeable and we were able to stay with our dog. The pool and the kid-friendly features were very nice. We enjoyed the downtown area as well.

There was construction in the area, which started at 8am and was very loud and did not allow us to enjoy a quiet morning on the day we stayed. This is not obviously ongoing and unique, time-wise, to our trip.

Nice facilities, nice room layout, and quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been in. The staff was so nice, except the girl Sunday night who didn’t seem to want to be there. Everyone else always said hello and seem energetic.

The toilet in 533 wasn’t seated, so it rocked if you sat on it. Also, I haven’t seen a toilet that low or tiny since the 80s. No way to change the thermostat in room. When we asked, the receptionist offered to turn off the air to our room and give us a fan, which worked! However, it’s sort of a given in a nicer hotel, that you can control your own temperature and have fresh air circulating, right? Not receptionist’s fault, I’m sure she gets it all the time.
