Staff was very accommodating.

The grab and go breakfast left much to be desired. Mostly sugary sweets. More fruit choices, juices and yogurt would have been nice. There was a table in the room but no chairs. No hair dryer. No bathroom exhaust fan. Comforters and bed skirt were stained. Coffee was complimentary, but there were no coffee cups with lids which made it difficult to bring coffee to room without spilling it while walking.

The staff was awesome! I was there for my sister in law funeral. And we had the same person when I was last year staying at the hotel for a funeral for my best friend's daughter funeral. She was killed. I was a mess last year and he so kind to me I just really couldn't stop crying. I like him a lot! I wish I could remember his name.

It's not a dislike. I gave my father key so he could use the restroom before he left. I had gone to my car to place my car. He tried to get in. And there were other people in the room. The guy said that room should have been empty. Since no one paying for it. He gave me a new room. He kept apologizing for that. I was good. It didn't make me mad.

Bed was comfy. For the most part. They oked me leaving at noon again. Appreciate it. Room was on 1st floor. Appreciate it. Noise level was low which I really appreciate it. Is nice that there is a store an gas station in the are. Staff helpful

One side of the bed felt a bit lumpy / lower than the other side. Toilet seat was broke. Microwave an I think refrigerator made some annoying sounds. Didn’t have towels / but staff explained why. Also for a brief time tv an wifi were out. Staff explained why an soon tv an wifi were working. Wish their wifi was secure. For what I need an want I would probably stay again.

I have stayed here many times. The staff are an excellent team and all of them are very polite and courteous and will help you in any way they can. I’ve personally witnessed a member of thier staff dealing with a a very difficult situation where a non client was trying to get a key to get into a clients of the hotels room. The staff remained calm and assertive while being verbally abused and handled the situation very professionally and going above and beyond his responsibilities as a staff member. I prefer staying at Norwood Inn versus the other options in the lacrosse area just because of how the staff treat their residents like family. Keep up the great work folks at Norwood!!

Staff very helpful. Check in went good. Room was nice. Bathroom ok. Totally liked the tv an channels. There was some noise an clicking around behind the refrigerator an microwave/ bit concerned about that. Would stay again / price depending thou. Got a late check out/ thank u u

Was noisy at times thou. Even with one of the quiet rooms. Had to turn tv up at times

The night shift staff was very friendly and gave us great customer service! He was the same gentleman there from last time I stayed at this hotel.

My curtains were broken and I had to place a pin on them to keep them closed. Also a couple of the outlets were not working.

Price, clean, nice people let us check in really early

Pool heater broken couldn't use pool or hot tub. Pool floor needs to be repainted. Looks really bad.

it was a value, we needed a room for a graduation and it was one of the few places that had a few rooms left that weren’t over $300

it’s kind of dated and our bed sagged in the middle. but we could look past it since we were all not stay one night

Very quite and Peaceful. I will be staying again. The manager and the lady (8-4) was so polite and made us feel welcome.
