Jacki the lady at the desk was great. At first we did not have the room we requested. We wanted a handicap cap room with out a tub and one king size bed. We started on the 3rd floor with a tv remote that did not work and a tub. Then she put us on the 2nd floor and we still had a remote that didn’t work and a tub. So when we went out for the day we told jacki that we still had a tub and the remote didn’t work. And that I was not happy at all. While we were out she called me to tell me she found the correct room on 1st floor without a tub and the remote worked. So when we got back to the hotel we had what we requested. She went above and beyond to help take care of us. The breakfast was really good. And the hotel was clean, quiet and easy to get to. Very appealing when you first walk in the doors. You can notice the cleanliness and the smell was great. We will for sure stay there again. The room was very clean and appealing and quiet at night.

This is a beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful staff. The breakfast is excellent and there is always fresh tea, coffee, cold water, fruit and cookies available. The pool and hot tub are just gorgeous. Pretty pond out back, perfect for kids to feed ducks, fish etc. Rooms are perfect and beds are comfy!

I wanted to stay as a travel nurse but we could not agree on a price. Be nice to nurses! We are nice to you. :-)

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Thanks for providing a full breakfast. The location provided easy access to the local highway, and it was nearby local shops. The staff was friendly and respectful.

Our room had a strange residual odor as soon as we entered. We ignored it because we booked at the last minute and did not want to make a fuss. For the most part, it was a great stay and would recommend.

Having water out at check-in and a nice breakfast. Using real plates is nice for the environment.

The pool chemicals seemed off. My daughters eyes were burning after only about 5 min in the pool area. Needless to say we didn't end up using the pool like we would have liked to. We both work at a pool and understand that your system was maybe over compensating after people got out since there were many children in the hotel. Just something to have staff watch for.

I really like the location because it is in a very quiet area of Madison, yet it is minutes away from downtown.

On the first night, we were given a room that did not match what I had requested. Fortunately, the front desk person switched to the type of room that I requested the following day.

The room was a good size with contemporary decor and furniture. Cold lemon water and hot water were provided for the guests in the lobby by the reception desk, which was nice. However, when I wanted to make hot tea in the evening they were out of hot water. I could use the microwave in the room to heat it up. As requested, the room was on the higher floor and in the quiet area so there were no noises or any disturbances at night. We were just staying for one night returning home so the hotel served the purpose.

I thought we would have a better view from our room. Breakfast room could be run more efficiently but it looked like the hotel was understaffed since the receptionist was constantly running back and forth helping with breakfast. There were no packets of jam, apples were also gone, a better selection of breads like whole grain, wheat, dark rye would be nice.

It’s in a good location just off the highway. The AC and my white noise app prevented any highway noise from bothering me while I was sleeping. The WiFi was good, and the breakfast was better than a lot of hotels, with fresh fruit, make it yourself waffles, etc. There is a supermarket a block away.

It’s not the fault of the hotel but the river outside is coated with algae, at least in July. Hopefully it goes away in the fall. It’s too bad because there’s a nice walking path out there. They could do with a couple of more luggage carts for checkout.

As great as the overnight stay was, it was especially nice when we got a call the next morning that we had forgotten my fiancée’s ring in our room. We didn’t know we left it, room service found it and turned it in to the front desk people. We returned to pick it up and we’re flvery grateful to all you found and took care of it until we returned

I like that they have a separate bedroom, with a separate door. The room was set up nice and offered not only a couch, but a comfy chair. They have several restaurants nearby: Red Robin, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, and a Pick and Save. I also liked the desk and chair for working. The desk is long and offers you plenty of room to spread out a file.

Due to Covid they are not offering a hot breakfast, only cereal - but I recollect they served a nice breakfast. It was not too crowded because there is major construction going on the road. You could only hear the trucks backing up noise and it was nothing to interfere with sleep. I wish they would invest in a better bed, but it was certainly not horrid.

I was in Madison to run the Lake Monona 20K Race and then the next day to bike the Ironman course. On Saturday we were able to enjoy the breakfast. Lots of delicious choices. On Sunday we left the hotel at 6:30, so we did not get to have the breakfast.
