I spent 10 days at this hotel. Highly recommended for families of all sizes. Safe neighborhood. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great and you are close to many places. At the doorstep is Starbuck and Liberty station restaurant. Parking on site. Housekeeping is good, and the rooms have all the amenities you need. The gym and the swimming pool are also good. Check-in and check-out were so smooth.

Breakfast is the only downside at this hotel. Not much of a chooses.

Great location for us as we have several relatives in the area. It was good for our dogs, the breakfast was good, plenty of room in the room itself and supplied with dishes and silverware so when we ordered takeout it was easy. I would stay there again. Park for walking dogs just a few blocks away

Dog walking area a little hard to access in the snow but not a big deal. We managed, wish other folks picked up, there were bags and disposal right there.

It is close to MOA and a free shuttle to the mall. It also had a decent hot free breakfast.

The shuttle left on time but to come back and pick you up from the mall was a little less reliable. they say the shuttle comes every 30 minutes however the shuttle driver has to stop at at least one other hotel and sometimes has to do double duty making the reliability of pickup not so great. They will come get you but just don’t count on every 30 minutes. we had to wait 50 minutes to get back on the shuttle to get back to the hotel

well, I had requested a handicap accessible room which your representative was gracious enough to accommodate. However, when i arrived, it did not have grab bars along the toilet but it did have a walk in shower. When I called the front desk they said that was a handicap accessible room but for the deaf. It had a red light that flashed during a fire alarm. I thought the person was joking but apparently not. Apparently I had failed to say what kind of handicap I had. One would think your reps would ask. Also, the new room had the bars but a tub, not a walk in shower. Odd.

Spacious and clean rooms. The room had a small kitchenette included with a microwave, dishwasher, and few useful utensils. The hotel even provided us with a skillet. There was easy access to printing, laundry. Parking was easy and free. The hotel does not have a restaurant but a resturant very near to the property was excellent. The hotel is a bit away from the university and downtown, about a 10-minute drive.

The sofa cum bed mattress is very thin and not at all comfortable for sleeping. Housekeeping was once a week which is not optimal.

Friendly staff, room amenities including fridge, microwave and sofa. Also, having worked from the hotel, appreciated practical touches like plenty of charging ports and electrical outlets in the lobby along with the cozy fireplace. Good BBQ restaurant next store.

We were there for the horse fair . Very convenient for us. Breakfast was good.

I wanted to make a reservation for next year right away. They would not let us do that. Any other hotel would give priority to its customers. Now I have to go on each day to check and see if reservations open up! Frustrating.

This was a perfect away from home stay! Emme was supper helpful and attentive to my needs. During my stay she periodically checked in on me making sure I’m doing alright which is very nice because I’ve been to other hotels and they don’t do that. When I had to call the front desk because the window shade was broken, Emme came right up to the room right away. Because of that inconvenience, she upgraded my room and made sure I had everything I needed! She’s amazing!

I loved the updated, contemporary feel of the room! The colors were soothing and comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I love the texting feature as an alternate option of communication. It was easy to schedule usage times at the pool and gym. We will definitely be back.

There weren't a ton of options for breakfast but with COVID, I wasn't expecting much. Grab and go carbs like granola bars, muffins, and bagels were the majority of the options.

The room is huge, so nicely decorates and designed especially for the price! Check in was quick and convenient. I really tend to notice nasty or dirty areas in hotels and this place has none. We stayed on night but I definitely can see staying a week or more here.

Really hard to think of anything I don't like. Maybe the towels could be softer? The shower took a bit to heat up?
