I've stayed here before and the staff is always friendly. The room is pretty basic but has the essentials I need, and the grab and go breakfast is convenient. I work remote and I've never had a problem working from the room or taking video meetings. I recommend checking out the next door True Coffee Roasters and Forage Kitchen.

There was maintenance on the AC unit one of the days I stayed there, which is fine but they didn't give me notice until the night before. I was able to figure out a good time to take my dog on a walk while they did my room, but I'd suggest giving people more of a heads up about things like this.

Spent two weeks for work. Had a great stay, very convenient. The GYM was mostly empty and the room was large. There was coffee tea and soda 24/7 at the loby. The bed was comforable and the shower very large. The hotel has a very nice vibe and felt clean and new. Next door there's a nice coffee place and salad restaurant.

When they cleaned my room they did not clean the shower or the bathroom floor. Other than that it was great.

Extremely clean and nice modern looking. The lovby has working space, which is so thoughtful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so convenient with the grab and go thing, yet offered many options for guests. The chrome cast was super easy and convenient to use. I was watching netflix and hbo max all night! Wifi was fast and TV was in good size too! Location was perfect. Bars and restaurants in walking distance, and an ice skate rink too! I took advantage of all of those!

The room is a bit small but didn’t make me feel uncomfortable though. Just wish it could have been bigger. And also wish the price is a bit lower. Even though everything was magnificent, I still feel like I paid a lot for my stay.

Staff were amazing. When my departure flight was earlier than breakfast (grab and go) was served, a staff member went to the back and got me the muffin, fruits, etc. that they typically serve at breakfast.

To be honest, I booked this hotel because it was cheaper compared with the downtown Madison hotels. From the map, it didn't look too far off, and it seemed easy/fast enough to get to downtown/the university. It may be great if you drive yourself. Unfortunately, I've come to rely on Uber/Lyft/Taxi for my travels, and it was the first location where I've experienced a relatively long wait time (~20 minutes for a ride to arrive). If I had known to expect that, I would've planned my trips (e.g., back to the airport!) differently.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel room and the comfortable bed and bedding. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to have the breakfast that was included but looking forward to the next visit to try.

We did get woken up by cleaning staff knocking on the door well before the checkout time. Being that it was our first time there we missed putting the do not disturb magnet on the door. We didn't notice where it was located.

This place is fantastic. A bit like a euro hotel, super clean and well organized, extremely clean and comfortable beds, very nice showers, good linens. Had a great night's sleep. It's quite utilitarian in a good way. Excellent girl at great price point and it's cheap to just get a ride share from downtown if you want to go out from there and not drive

We had a wedding to go to at the Aldo Leopold center and found this to be a great location. It was also easy enough to get to downtown Madison. The rooms and facilities were so nice and clean. We also thought the beds were comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was nice and helpful. I have Celiac Disease and they had gluten free Cheerios available at each breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in the Monona area.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

This was a nice surprise in that it was a cut above the kind of hotel for this particular stay purpose - a stopover on a longer trip. The staff was helpful. We particularly enjoyed the 24/7 coffee/tea availability, the included breakfast, the comfort of the room.

Worst was that the pool was closed during the entire day we wanted to use it . That was a real bummer. Also, there was insufficient space for our clothes - not enough hanging clothes options. Also no safe in the room.

1. Breakfast, especially the coffee! 2. Staff was attentive to my needs. I reserved a king bed room, however, my son joined me for the stay last minute. The desk clerk did not hesitate to offer me an available room with two queen beds. 3. Location was perfect as it was close to the highway and it was only a 3-minute walk to my event. 4. Fitness center.

1. No plain yogurt option for breakfast. 2. No plain oatmeal option for breakfast.

The staff was friendly, enjoyed the 24 hr coffee and tea station. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The toilet paper and Kleenex were very cheap and thin. our room was humid even with the air conditioner at 66. The bed frame itself was a bit noisy when repositioning. There were toasters but no toast or bagels for breakfast. the juice machine was out off apple concentrate and we drank apple flavored water without knowing.
