I liked at log about the hotel. I loved the continental breakfast. I loved the size of the room. I also loved the location. The hotel was super clean and awesome

Some of the things in the room itself. The bathroom had a light out in the main light. Not the vanity lights. They were perfect but the main light made the showering a little harder. The batteries in the remote were dying and they were screwed shut so I could not change them. Those were my only issues

Location and pool there..breakfast was nice especially when added bacon on Sunday..wish they had it weekdays too..the juice dispenser was awesome especially the cranberry. Parking was easy and one can walk almost anywhere from this location if desired

The mini fridge was noisy..sounded like a flock of pigeons were in the room..elevator was scary ..operation wasn't smooth. Needs updating on the elevator.

Room was spacious. I was upgraded after entering the room I was first assigned was occupied. Have to admit I was startled and concerned. Staff returned with me to the room to confirm. I never had that happen before but the staff handled it well and found another room for me. Rest of the stay was uneventful and the breakfast was good as well. I definitely would stay there again.

Quiet safe location with a pleasant a very roomy suite. The pool area was great for relaxing with kids. The breakfasts were nicely varied and changed a bit from one day to the next.

Looks like the bathroom floor tiles and tub caulking could do with a refresh, though nothing was damaged, and all the appliances worked fine.

After moving out of Madison I try to go monthly to visiting my friends and family and this is my place to stay. is quite, friendly people, comfort, and good breakfast. Normally I stay with my dog and I haven’t had any issues so far. We both love this place and I love that is a walking trail just right next to the hotel parking which allow us to do an afternoon walks. I like to stay in reception reading a book meanwhile my dog is learning to see people and stay calm (he is in training) highly recommended.

The pool area and hot tub. As I mentioned before, I stay here monthly and I haven’t been able to use either the pool or the hot tub. Every time I stayed, there is so many kids in the pool and hot tub. jumping, screaming and playing everywhere. I totally love the kids having fun, but the hotel should have designated hours specially hot tub that in most hotels I have stay are not kids allow. Other than that, I always enjoy my stay. (hoping one day I will be able to use the pool of course)

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and well-kept facility, very quiet in the evening (despite many children in the building, well presented simple breakfast, and the perfect location for us. This location FAR exceeded our expectations in the very best way.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice - decent variety. The pool looked good, but the gym was very small and not really a gym - that is the only negative that may prevent me from coming back. Overall was a very good value.

The connectivity was VERY SLOW. Coffee in the room was only stocked with decaf. Would be nice if they had a small area to sell snacks, drinks, amenities etc vs a vending machine.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Property looked modern, up-to-date, fresh, and was clean and comfortable. Good location with plenty of parking.

To change channels on the TV was so slow I didn't even watch it. Noisy neighbors the room above made me use earplugs. Let's switch the CFL lights out with LEDs as they are warmer, quieter, and save even more electricity.

Breakfast was good with eggs and bacon. Plenty of room to sit. Cookies available upon checkin. Beds & pillows comfortable.

Needs carpet replacement in room 320. Many stains & worn. No alarm clock in room. Towels were really worn with one bath towel having a palm-sized see thru spot.

I liked the large tv and selection of stations. Hotel was kept clean. The hot breakfast entree was scrambled eggs and sausage 2 of 3 mornings. Breakfast area was well stocked with a nice variety of foods, including fresh fruit. Waffle makers were available. Breakfast ended later (10:30 a.m. on weekend mornings, which was nice.

One day the breakfast entree was bean & sausage burritos and potatoes. I didn't care for either. The heat in our room wasn't constant, but needed adjustment frequently.
