Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport

I loved the room, it was like a mini apartment. It had wall seperating living room from bedroom side. The living room /common room had an island table, mini fridge, microwave. Was a very large and well kept room for the price. With a TV on both bedroom and common room. I also left my sons tablet in the room and called to asking anyone found it. Thank you to their staff for the honesty and returning tablet

Wished they had more variety for breakfast, more fruit, eggs, etc

I was happy with the location in relation to downtown. The breakfast was fine for us. LOVED the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the coffee was great & available all day as far as I could tell.

No hot tub. I did appreciate the staff telling me this when I checked instead of waiting for me to discover it on my own but I wouldn’t have booked there if I had know. Kinda feel like it’s false advertising. In fact I meet another guest & he said the hot tub was broken when they stayed there a year ago! The room was clean overall but we did find a dirty sock on the side of the bed.

Nothing to do with the room I booked so different and the girl at customer service called me 30 minutes from my check in time to tell me that she doesn’t have my room so I have to call the company I booked through so the can fix that issue

Friendly and courteous staff! Check in and out was quick and easy. My room was fresh and very clean. Towels and linens were fresh and clean. The pool was great and the sauna hit the spot. My overall impression of the facility was great. I will be staying here again.

Some of the other guests were kind of rude and disrespectful to the place, like they were expecting 5 star consierge service at this price point.

Beds very comfortable, room was clean.

The hot tub was green in color, i wouldn't let my family go in it at all. The room was not set up right at all. The TV and couch should be flipped, there is no room where the couch is to get into the fridge.

It's family friendly, it was clean, front desk people are nice. Beds were clean no smells. I will ve coming back.

That someone's kid was going down the hall Knocking on the doors. However, that it's the parents fault not the hotel. Other than that, the hotel staid was lovely.

the property was mostly clean. very nicely kept. parking was simple. doors were easy too access

my bathroom had a dirty washcloth from someone else and later on before I was leaving a dirty q tip rolled out from somewhere in the bathroom. kind of icky.

We really enjoyed the king suite. It was like having a living room for us to be as a family.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. There was not any hot items except waffles.

Loved how clean everything was. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great.

Couch was pretty hard. Pool closed too early. Didn't love the coffee.

It had all the amenities I wanted, good location, pool, fitness room.

The fixtures were getting old like the tub.
