The refrigerator was good and cold it was nice and warm in the room and housekeeping was awesome front desk was very nice very easy to find a parking place by my room the hallways were clean I love the Jacuzzi when it is clean and don't have to clean it myself and I really love the hotel

The Jacuzzi was dirty the room had a smell but I had some spray with me the sliding door dose not lock the little metal piece really didn't secure the sliding door y'all need locks on them sliding doors

Housekeeping didn't constantly bother and I was pretty much comfortable

The fact that they do not wash the comforter that's in between the sheets on the bed the floors don't look vacuumed or swept or mopped and the furniture in the suites need to be cleaned

Very convenient location, nice restaurant attached to the motel. Staff very friendly and accommodating and room was comfortable. My privacy was also respected. I enjoyed my stay.

How clean and spacious it was. And even though the staff was there longer then work hours he still was kind and accommodating.

Only problem was the plumbing the toilet after first flush ran for a while but other then that the room was good.

Could not get into the bathtub, too high, Could offer at least coffee and doughnuts or prepackaged muffins in he AM clerks behind the desk got into a screaming altercation, then the one physically attacked the other, security guard had to almost put cuffs on her and tase her. There was an issue with my debit card being declined - I had to upgrade it after only 2 times using it to book with you! Wasted almost 2 hours in the lobby

I didn't like that I couldn't pay without my mom and I am 20 1/2 years old. Like I don't need to do anything that I ain't supposed to be doing. And she knows that I be using her card. It's okay with her.

Originally from Milwaukee. Great to come back home, even if it was a short stay.

The easy chair in the room made it feel a bit cramped, but other than that, everything was great.
