The breakfast was great. It had a lot of selections including some healthy options. Everything was fresh. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but it was still okay for one night. The water pressure was good and everything worked fine. The location was great for our purposes (flying out from Milwaukee the next morning).

We ordered some food in the evening when we arrived and I was a little disappointed that it all came in plastic take-out boxes and came with plastic cutlery. If you have a working kitchen (and the hotel clearly has one - see breakfast) I don't know why you can't serve the food on real plates and provide real silverware. The hotel lobby and public spaces were reasonably modern, but the floors and rooms looked like they could use a renovation. As mentioned before, everything was clean and working, it was just all giving off an "old" vibe. For the amount of money we paid I expected a little more.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to find emergency accomodations at 11:00 pm at night. The staff at the hotel were extremely accomodating and helpful to a large group of us who descended on the lobby close to midnight. I would like to thank Cortez who drove the shuttle and then quickly hopped on the desk to help check us in. Dean was also very friendly and and helpful when I asked for extra blankets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and the space as very clean and well stocked. Although we only spent 8 hours at the hotel, I would highly recommend this Hyatt Place property.

The room was neat and clean, the staff was exceptional and breakfast was very good – tons of options.

The food ordering option at the front desk was not what I expected. I thought there would be a restaurant on site based on the online description. Yes, food is available 24/7 – from a front desk counter. If you want one of the selections from the menu – the front staff cooks it. Unique offering, perhaps they can describe this service better online to avoid guest disappointment. Too bad they don't have a restaurant, because the food was fantastic for breakfast.

Great location and great breakfast.

Our room was on the 3rd floor (314)and the room above us had terribly squeaky floors, to the point it kept us up a good portion of the night. The folks above us walked all night long so that definitely didn’t make it better. Not sure how they could even repair this, but the floor joists are worn out above that room. It sounded like we were in an old apartment building and every step above made the floors squeak loudly. You could tell they were not even walking hard. Complained about it, but the lady at front desk just gave me a blank look. I actually recorded it and it was super loud. Hey I know it may sound a bit crazy, but trust me the noise from that floor above was horrible. Lucky for us those guest were only there for the 1st to nights. Our last night that room was empty.

door glitch, wouldn't lock properly, but they were going to have maintenance level it out. worker in kitchen was NOT very pleasant when a guest dumped her breakfast because she was trying to carry too much at one time. Your worker voiced her opinion a lil too loud and did not seem to care who was within ear range. Having trays for your guests would be VERY helpful. I too could have used one to bring food back to my mom in the room. Your attendants checking in should also bring the $25.00 charge for extra cleaning in room. I will make certain mine was, in fact, credited back to me. I have to ask in the morning when I checked out why my bill was higher.

The room was really spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Great 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. Lovely and helpful staff.

The walls were somewhat thin so you could hear people on the corridor, but it was not an issue as they were just passing. Breakfast was good with many options, but for me a lot of things were too “American”, i.e. had too much sugar or ultraprocessed. But I guess that’s to be expected.

There was a power failure, lasting more than an hour which also knocked out TV. Breakfast was pitiful...grab a bag with two choices.....inedible croissant or almost tasteless bagel. The hotel was overpriced and we were forced to pay a refundable $25 surcharge. The hotel was not really a Hyatt...more like an older Best Western.

Breakfast was yummy. The hotel is conveniently located. Nice staff. Clean room.

A few things looked worn. Like the dings in the wood finish of the sink. There were some kind of stains on the wall near the vanity. The fridge wasn't level and made a loud bang every time you opened it because it leaned forward

Best "included" hotel breakfast ever. Everything cooked fresh -- way beyond the traditional "continental" breakfast served at most hotels. The room size & set up made for perfect lodgings for my elderly parents and myself. Excellent value all around. Slightly more off of the highway than I anticipated but all considered, a great budget friendly option with great amenities and staff.

We ended up staying here because it was the only affordable option during the Wisconsin State Fair. We were worried that it might be a pain to stay by the airport, but we never heard a plane from within the room and it was easy to get into and out of. The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter used the pool and said that the water was perfect. I would stay here again.
