Location is very pretty, enjoyed being by the water and beautiful boats, it made our walks around the hotel worth while. the room was tied up every day for us, without a request ,which was very nice
We got the room with view of Marina, which was beautiful,but couldn't enjoy it to the fullest since window had streaks all over and was dirty. On Sunday breakfast, by 10a, there was very little food left, no more milk, or eggs or french toast or pencakes, my partner left hungry. On Tuesday it was more food, but eggs were very dry and potatoes burnt. The beds were definitely to soft, which gave us both slight backaches

The staff was wonderful. I had many questions regarding the room/bathroom because my mom is disabled. They were so patient and accommodating! Cookies were given out at check in (yumm). The marina view is gorgeous. The room was very nice. Shout out to Marcus and a lovely manager (sorry forgot your name).
I feel like breakfast should be included in price. We paid for the full breakfast. It was ok. For us, the convenience was worth it.

The view was amazing of lake MI. Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Will be back!
I didn’t like how there was extra stuff I had to pay for when I got there. Breakfast was 15$ per person when I thought we paid for breakfast with the room price. Parking was 2-3$ a day which could have been included in the hotel price. Also you had to sign up and pay for WiFi which I feel like that should have been free or included in price of room.

Pretty much everything lol. We arrived on Easter evening, and after getting settled, went to the little market area to get something to eat because most places were closed. The girl at the front desk asked us to hold on, and she called the attached restaurant to see if they were still open for customers. She didn't have to do that, but she did (I apologize for not having her name). The location was really nice...right there at the water. The size of the room was excellent, with the tallest ceiling I have ever seen in a hotel.
We really couldn't think of anything.

Need more information checking in. Did not know about breakfast buffet until I saw sign at restaurant that morning checking out. Parking was confusing. It was convenient once we figured it out.

Breakfast was excellent. A stunning setting overlooking the Marina. Very peaceful and relaxing. A superb restaurant next door to the hotel with excellent food choices, generous portions and very friendly/helpful staff.

The room was awesome and view of the harbor was super. Just wish our weather was nicer.
The breakfast was overpriced. Never had to pay for parking before. Loved the cookies and the hot tub!!!
