The bed was comfortable, along with the room being a good size. I liked that it had a stove top and full fridge. The location was only a couple of blocks from the interstate and Highway 11. I liked that the pet fee was very reasonable. There was an outdoor grilling/seating area. The grounds were very nice and neat.

There was a breakfast that had to be ordered the day prior to checking in so it could be delivered to the room. It was all microwaveable, and the charge was around $7.50, which is a little in the expensive side. Also, I had never stayed with this chain before, so I had no opportunity to even order one. Also, you had to rent/purchase all the dinner plates, etc. and silverware. I've never heard of this!

Good customer service at the front desk when I arrive both receptionist ladies were awesome. The hotel was perfect looks new and it was super clean and my room was excellent. I recommend this hotel A+ you won't regret it....

Facility was wonderful! Room was more than we expected for the price. My dog was welcomed and also accommodated with a spacious grassy area and waste bags to use. I didn't feel like she was a burden at all.

A/C lagged a bit cooling off the room bit it didn't ruin our stay at all.

Fantastic value for family. Last minute booking. Everything was great. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub. Hot breakfast and a super friendly staff. They brought us extra pillows fast and extremely friendly. Would stay again and will look for this hotel chain in our travels

Was clean and tidy. Slightly outdated and need of paint touch ups. Our room did smell of chlorine all night after swimming so I’m guessing the chemical levels were pretty strong.

The room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was at fingertips reach and we didn't have to ask for anything. There was plenty of grassy area to walk our dog and doggy waste bags out to use.

The a/c lagged a bit but that happens at most hotels anymore.

I especially liked the full kitchen, full refrigerator w/ice maker, very clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff.

I was disappointed that the room was not refreshed each day - trash emptied, dirty towels picked up and replaced with clean, bed tidied, toiletries checked, etc. We started with 1/2 roll of TP and low box of tissues, and by the third day, we were completely out of TP and tissues. When I called the front desk early in the morning, I was told I could come to the front desk to get more. After expressing my shock, I was then told that they were busy at the front desk and would bring the items up as soon as they could step away. Someone brought the items up about 5 minutes later. If the room had been tidied each day, this wouldn't have happened.

Would have given a perfect score, however, although this is a smoke free facility, people were smoking in the room down from us. It was reported to the front desk but still continued the following day.

I loved how clean it is and the big fridge with ice maker and the services were perfect too and the options to cook your own meals in the kitchenette area in the room was great too not to mention the free coffee that I will be getting this morning before I leave. This will definitely be the place my boyfriend and I stay at from now on when we decide to get a night away from our kids.

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like about this property.
