Relatively quite and clean. Better lighting fixtures and nice television set. Pretty comfortable beds and clean sheets. Bathroom amenities were accommodating. Coin laundry is convenient as is indoor & outdoor pools in addition to gym.

The first room located in the Milwaukee building had a drainage problem that went unresolved (old plumbing configuration). We managed to get another room by the friendly, understanding staff which elevated our opinion of the stay—helping us reconsider staying here once again. Moreover there was a lack of cabinets for clothing storage. Microwaves aren’t in room and the a/c units are a tad noisy. Also the card reader’s batteries could use replacement as well as the hallway flooring in some areas.

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who really helped me out finding a ride to ride State Fair. He went out of his way to tell me what ride was cheaper ( Lyft) and put the App in my phone.

Only thing I found I was disappointed in was the blond bartender at the main bar. Very unfriendly and seemed she would rather be somewhere else. If she doesn't like the job she's doing there's other options. Other than that it was a wonderful hotel and we plan on staying there again

Our first room we were given had a couple of issues (air condition and phone were not working) but they were able to get us into a similar room that was in working condition. As a pregnant woman from out of town, I was so grateful for the front desk for helping immediately. The full sized shampoo, conditioner, etc was so wonderful!! The tv’s in the room have the ability to log into our own streaming apps which was a nice touch.

The shampoo, conditioner, etc was only half full or less. Sometimes we could smell marijuana in the hallways.

Well, they had to scramble to find me a place to stay. Because there's a Harley festival. What was in an hour? They just felt happening or empty room. Which how's glad, but it was very high-priced.

Lotta things were kind of broken or out of order. Which I thought was very bad on their part. Like the elevator there's only one at work. They're prices or high like under breakfast, and if you want to the bar at night.

Very nicely updated, modern room, comfortable and elegant. Front desk person was very nice at check-in. Convenient parking.

My reason for a low rating on location was simply because of major road construction on the highways/roads around the hotel, which made it difficult to find the access to the hotel. Under normal (non-construction) conditions, this would not be a problem, and it's not the hotel's fault for the poor access. Nonetheless, it would have been nice if the hotel had sent a email message describing the situation and explaining how to gain access (they had my email address via the booking process).

Great staff, clean room, the place just smelled great! lobby enterance especially, nice touch! We enjoyed our 2nd stay and will be back again, very pleased :)

Not a huge deal, but tub/shower drain was full of hair and clogged, it really backed on us during stay, staff did kindly offer to come in and fix, but we didn't want the inconvenience during our stay time, maybe just check those drains more often :)

It was by all locations we were stopping at and was a very comfortable place. The bed was comfy and the tv was perfect size. The bathroom was gorgeous.

The garbages cans in the rooms didn’t have garbage bags in them so we felt bad putting our garbage in them. We wished the patio doors to our room would be unlocked but they are permanently locked.

It was big and had an indoor/outdoor pools & close to expressway.

Their were some stains on the bathroom curtain. The first set of doors in the annex building was always ajar and didn’t make me feel safe. Plus there were always a group of young men outside of the building at that particular entrance.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Recently renovated room was a great surprise. Previous stay here was a disappointment so booked with hesitation. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we are in Wisconsin.

Really can’t think of any negative remarks.

The location works well for meetings in Milwaukee and surrounding suburbs. I have stayed at this location three times in the past 3 months. The staff is very friendly and one remembered me from my last stay. The king bed in my room was very comfortable. The rooms have been newly remodeled and look great.

The desk in my room was cool in that it raises and lowers to accommodate the different heights of people. Unfortunately, the pedestal in the center gets in the way of a person's legs/feet when using it. You can't put your legs out in front of you for better posture. They have just been installed as part of the renovation so they will be there for many years.
