I absolutely loved the room, we had the king suite and it was perfect for our little anniversary mini-cation. The couch was cute and cozy, maybe not the most comfortable long term, but still cozy enough. The bed was phenomenal. We had the best nights sleep here. The pool was on the smaller side, but we had it to ourselves for a few hours which was very nice.

There was no free breakfast, this little touch would have turned a great stay into a phenomenal stay. I also wish there was a jacuzzi, but they had covered it over due to pipe issues.

Once inside, everything has been updated and the pool is even open! The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

I was a little worried pulling in because the way I entered, there’s an unoccupied building, and at first, I thought that’s where the directions were taking me. Also, as with many mid-range hotels, the walls are a little thin. I did not have a problem falling asleep after 10pm as the guests around me were quiet after that time, but a quick download of a sleep sound app would have taken care of it if I had needed it.

The location is near some good breakfast options and is not too far away from other shopping centers, so walking around is easy. The bus picks up very closeby so that is convenient as well. No breakfast available at the moment, but there is fresh coffee. The laundry is convenient.

The room is a bit dimly lit. The door to the bathroom shuts automatically, but this might be an ADA thing. Anyway, it was annoying.

Upon arriving, we noticed immediately how clean the outside of the building was and barely any spiderwebs. Inside was very clean. The corridors, room and bathroom was very clean. Bed very comfortable and the blackout curtains were perfect for a great nights sleep. Our room was spacious and one of the best we have stayed in. The outdoor sitting area was very nice and too bad it was raining, otherwise we would have sat in it.

The front sign nearest the road was very small and when coming home in the dark, we missed the hotel, as the sign was very dim and we couldnt see it lit. If from out of town, as we are, it would have been nice to see a larger and more lit sign. I don't believe there was even a sign on the hotel.

The staff at evening check-in and at morning check-out were wonderful and fun to interact with. We were aware the restaurant was not open but we were not in need of breakfast or dinner. They do serve Starbucks coffee in the morning so coffee was good. We reserved a King room. For our short stay it offered plenty of space and the bed was comfortable enough that we could walk upright the next day. No bed will equal your own.

Our only issue was noisy people coming in late woke us up. It's a hotel so this is a universal issue. It would be harder for me to tell you about a hotel I've stayed that we couldn't hear noisy people in the hallway. I would have requested to move if we were there for more than one night.

Room 155 lock doesn't turn from inside..thats dangerous. They do not offer free breakfast...the price u pay for a room free breakfast should be a given.. Not even a covid issue bc its a whole restaurant set up. So if u want food u buy it fm the restaurant. Other than that nice place..laundry 2$ bucks wash n dry...

Everything about the hotel, shopping, food and everything is available.

I got pulled over by cops just because it was late. You don't want to mess with driving, take uber, left, anything don't drive. Enjoy your stay 🙂

The location and nearness to places we wanted to go. The cleanliness of the room.

The sofa in the room was uncomfortable to sit on. The staff did not give us a good enough description of where our room was and the entrances to the hotel and elevator. I was in room 201 and could have entered the hotel at an entrance right next to the door but they suggested I park and enter on the opposite side of the building.

Very nice hotel. I’ll be staying gete again.

They didn’t tell me at check in they no longer clean the rooms. Big disappointment, they should make sure every guest knows their room cleaning policy!

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Convenient location to AmFam Stadium.

Stain on couch. Dirty carpet in hall and elevator. Bar and restaurant closed. Hot tub closed.
