Holiday Inn Casper East-Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is very convenient to Casper services such as restaurants, car repair (which was needed) and shopping. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Staff made good restaurant recommendations.

The hotel looks new. It has a huge open parking space. The lobby is open and welcoming. They even have bar and restaurant on-site. Amazing mountain view! Easy access to hwy 25. Quiet area and less busy but still near town. They provide breakfast. Never got the chance to eat because we had to leave early for exploring parks.Room assigned to us is huge with high ceiling and a big open window. Nice room layout. Fixtures and furnitures are new. We appreciate the kitchenette and office set up. Beds are comfortable. Linens sre soft and silky. Good room lighting. Carpet is clean. Separate tile and carpet area. Bathroom was spacious and the sink counter too. Towels are soft and fluffy.   Wifi was strong.  Modern electrical ports and USB ports. Huge windows that we partially open to enjoy the mountain breeze.  They have sanitizers ready outside.

TV remote was a bit complicated to set up. Refrigerator was unplugged and a bit stinky. It need to air out or some deodorizer. Then we realized why it was unplugged in the first place. It was loud.🙄 but not as loud as the bathroom vent which rattles our brain. Problem is, the bathroom lights and vent are in the same switch.Sigh. Why would you do that? We can't turn on the light without our brains getting rattled by the loud noise from the vent. Hurts our head. 

Great location, nice staff, clean room.

2 lights were burned out - maybe the room attendants could check the lights once a week. Also sound insulation between rooms would also have been nice but since the walls are already up. When you have less than 50% occupancy, you could rent out every other room which would solve this problem.

Everyone from Marcel, Ralyssa, and Terri made my stay here forget the terrible thing those rental car representatives did to me. The room was magnificent, the WiFi was Great, the food was Delicious, and The Service showed me what a Great Town Casper is. It will be a very long time before I will ever Rent a Car from Budget, no matter how much you tell me, That getting a rental car from them, is Really good deal. What they do is a Bait and Switch, so your Great Deal turns in to a Better Deal for them.

Nothing. It was in the perfect location. The view is amazing.

We were not able to have breakfast during our stay. It would be nice to have a grab and go situation there. Previous visits we had breakfast and it was amazing! everyone enjoyed what they ordered and was top of the line:)

First night we ordered some appetizers to take to our room. I was very disappointed with the quality. Ordered sliders and they were over done, bread was dry and hard. Ordered cheese sticks and they were so over cooked there was no cheese in them. The staff was sweet though and replaced them.

I liked the location of the motel and the location of my room. The staff was friendly and courteous. Good water pressure, and comfortable beds.

There was a little issue before checking in about the room I reserved and the room I got. I am disabled, so I requested a ground floor, King, handicap room. 6 months in advance. I was asked to change to a double Queen room. I accepted. Found out later that the double Queen, wasn’t quite as well appointed as the king rooms, IMO. Was still charged the same price. Not real happy about that. Plus the TV was really small, by today’s standards. And the ac outlets on the nightstand didn’t work.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was a nice size, especially the bathroom; the bed and pillows were comfortable; and everything was very clean. It was nice having a restaurant on the premises and the food and service was very good. The hot fudge brownie was delicious!

I wish there would have been complimentary coffee and tea available in the foyer. Otherwise, everything was great!

I like the location of the facility. It is close to medical offices and makes it easy to get to the facilities in a short amount of time. The staff is always happy and helpful. I also like that they give discounts which helps when you have to travel to see doctors.

We stay here whenever we go visit family and the staff is always super nice, the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

We got vouchers for breakfast so we went to the restaurant one morning and the lady working didn’t have the best attitude and the breakfast is just ok.

We have stayed at this location previously, and the room we had on that occasion was very quiet. When we experienced noisy conditions that made it impossible to sleep (Room 104), we contacted the front desk clerk (Ashley), who found us a different room (Room 442). Room 442 was very nice and quiet, and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Ashley's actions restored our faith in Holiday Inn as a good place to stay. Ashley seemed genuinely concerned that our experience would be a good one.

The room we were originally assigned seemed very nice and comfortable, but once we retired for the evening it was extremely noisy as it was located very close to an exterior door and the stairs. Every few minutes we heard the exterior door slam and/or footsteps coming down the stairs, and we were unable to sleep.
