Quality Inn & Suites Casper near Event Center

The green chili sauce for the scrambled eggs was exceptional!

The curvey sidewalk from the parking area to the door had gaps between it and the curb--could be a real ankle breaker. The sidewalk was snow covered, but finally melted. And finally, the positioning of the pop-up sprinklers would cause me to hesitate to stay there in the summer for fear of getting my car finish ruined by over spray from the sprinklers. With the wind in Casper you can't be assured that the spray is going to go where the sprinkler aims it. Shouldn't water when cars are in the lot.

Location was very convenient for our purposes, the hotel was clean, quiet, staff was friendly! I thought there would be noise from the highway being so close but there was not. Overall, while certainly not a fancy hotel, it was just fine for us!

Not really much of anything. Only thing I could think of would be maybe a few more hooks to hang towels, etc. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom, but that is not really that big of a deal to me. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our stuff.

I have traveled pretty extensively and the people here, especially the manager and the head housekeeper, were always so friendly and helpful and you could just tell this was not an act or a programming thing for any of them, they genuinely wanted to make sure your stay there was the best at all times. The breakfast was well attended to, the rooms were very very clean, the staff all the way around was so up beat and cheerful, it made the trip incredible.

The breakfast was simple, waffles and such, but could have had a few more options added to it, other than that, there really isn't any complaints for this location and its staff.

Normally I stay in a luxury hotel so I was pleasantly surprised how this one measured up. We stayed in the king suite and it accommodated us very well. I will be staying here over the Marriott whenever I'm in town again. Value, cleanliness, pleasant staff and accommodations is all here!

Staff tried to help by recommending the handicapped parking space around the back of the hotel --- BUT that entry has a very high step and a sloping slab at the door, so after painfully getting my wife and sister-in-law in through that way, I moved the car around to the front to leave in the morning via a very smooth and level doorway.

made reservations with quality inn at short notice since other hotels a/c didn’t work. staff was very friendly and accommodating, property was clean and well kept (even with construction going on) cookies was a nice touch and breakfast was delicious. I will stay there again. only complaint was price but with such a short notice it’s a price I was willing to pay and the staff and room was well worth it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a ground floor room as they don't have an elevator. So they upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge on the ground floor because they didn't have any standard rooms left. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and they have plenty of tables to sit at.

Shower/toilet room was very small. No elevator to get to 2nd floor

First off, I began my stay with Debbie she was wonderful!!! She was able to let me check in 3 hours early. After the hotel I originally booked was dirty(super 8 down the road) with blood stains and unclean sheets. She was an angel! It was a hot day and my dogs and I couldn’t stay sitting in the car. Next Randy went out of his way to bring my dogs treats and was so nice! Then the next morning Sarah Christiansen(sp?) ran to our rescue at about 4am when we needed water bottles. She also was working so hard, when I woke in the morning to provide the free breakfast(loved it!) I highly recommended this hotel to anyone traveling to Casper. If I am in the area again they’re the only hotel I’ll be booking.

It was all amazing. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The staff was SO nice, the room was great, beds & bathroom, and the breakfast was fantastic.

My only complaint, & no fault to anyone, was the walls were thin so we could hear the people in both rooms around us & above us. We just turned the tv on & when we turned it off, everything was quiet, and it was early (10).

Initial welcome by the staff and the friendly manner. All staff was friendly during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very nice. I have stayed with Quality before in the past and have noticed a significant change in facilities and service.

None to speak of!
