staff, bed, location, convenience. My biggest thing when booking accommodations is cleaness and location! This place may be a little out dated but how clean it is makes up for that. And I have to say we travel a fair amount and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Added bonus was a restaurant right next door and the fact that’s it was by highway, and we were happy with the price. Was very quiet and nice hot shower, if tub doesn’t drain then you may not have pulled the shower switch up all the way. We plan to stay here again on our way home - good thing because we forgot our pillows LOL - they are holding them for us, like I said “GREAT STAFF”

pillows were pretty flat, but we travel with our pillows so that was not a problem to us

A continental breakfast works for a hotel this size. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was warm with all the wet weather we had, but not too hot. Overall, this hotel is worth going to and having access to I25 helps when you want to go visit different parts of Casper.

There was a sign that said smoke 25 ft from the front door and people were smoking right outside the front door. The cigarette butt ashtray was close to the front door. Because the smoking was done so close to the front door the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke even when they sprayed it with deodorizer. I know remodeling has been going on but noticed the gaps around the room in the inn. The faucet in the bathroom leaked some when the shower was on, but it was not real noticeable unless you have worked in a hotel before. I know there are things you still have to work on.

Best stay we’ve had in the USA. Best value for money in the whole city. Great location near the interstate with restaurants near by. Plenty of take out pamphlets available for local businesses. Only a 5 minute drive to National Trails Museum and Fort Casper Museum. Smoking room available on request for no extra charge, which I always appreciate. Receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful - even lending my wife a hairdryer at no extra charge. Room had a functional bath, free toiletries and a brilliant shower (which is a real roll the dice thing with some places)

Location was close to where medical appointments were located. Good price and comfortable room. Great young man checked us in and met all of our needs/requests with a smile on his face.

Room was fairly close to the front desk, every noise (telephone ringing, conversations )could be heard in our room. Woke up very early because of noise distractions.

Affordable, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. You can tell the hotel is trying to provide a good experience on a stay here with the resources they have.

Older, outdated hotel that probably was rougher at some point. Could use some renovation but for a quick overnight, wasn't too bad.

Great location. Easy access to the breakfast area. Super Clean!!! Shower area was superb and inviting!!! Confortable beds that smell clean!!! 😊

Might have been better to not have noisy neighbors, but their noise lasted briefly. Perhaps adding scrambled eggs to the mix, might be an option at a later time? Just saying.

Can’t get better at this price. definitely not the Ritz but had a great sleep. Rooms at the back are quieter. stayed in room 123 at back corner and it was super quiet. Plus a free continental breakfast. The receptionist had just moved from Florida (why?) and was very friendly. At this price quests we’re quite eclectic! Internet was fast. Recommended if you want to save some dollars!

Property is older and carpets and finishes reflect that. But bed was comfy and no smells.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The motel was right next to the interstate, but you didn't really hear any of the traffic noises.

The motel was on the edge of a sketchy part of town. It was located by a walking path but we were a little nervous to use it alone. But the motel has been there for a long time and the area just grew up around it.

it’s and old building but has been renovated and well kept. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are exceptionally clean, location is right by the highway but it isn’t noisy. And the staff is friendly as well. Booked it online and had a great rate.
