Cleanliness, property maintenance and interior design are worth noting. This is a US owned and operated property and does not fall short in delivering full value service. The customer service, property maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities are by far superior to properties owned by franchises under Wyndham or Choice hotels. Select wisely, bc you may pay more for a dilapidated property under Wyndham or Choice.

Great value for money - we paid to stay in some really nice places on our road chip and this place was supposed to be a budget stop. It was actually one of the nicest rooms we stayed in! Fully equipped fridge, 2 bed room, super clean and tidy. Smart tv. Honestly - can’t fault it! Staff were super friendly at check in

Can’t think of anything at all

Very comfortable bed. The room was spotless clean even the kitchen! Very quiet. The desk associates worth pleasants and helped me flex my time there. Cute little breakfast nook and toiletries and other sundries available for sale right in the hotel.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Staff person at check in was very friendly. On site laundry was clean and change was readily available at the desk. I liked the comfortable chair in the room. The hotel is off the main road so away from heavy traffic.

I would like to have pots/pans and utensils in the room.

It was an ok place to sleep but not a place you’d want to stay a couple days.

The place was fine but nothing special. Seemed old and there were less amenities as other hotels. It seemed clean enough to stay. There was a weird smell in the hallways and rooms though.

Beautiful building and room was very clean and honestly the best pillows that I've had on this trip. Beds were VERY comfortable as well.

There was a bit of a construction going on in the area but not a big deal. Reported a possible plumbing issue to the front desk. Theye said "Thank you for letting me know and we'll get it taken care of." Everyone was extremely pleasant.

This was a functional stop on our way to Yellowstone. So having a clean room with kitchen facilities, quick check in, helpful staff and a store onsite so we could get essentials was ideal. I’d definitely use this chain again.

Awesome spot to crash for the night in Rock Springs . Comfy beds, solid Wi-Fi, close to town. only a $15 Dog fee which we really appreciated.  we considered staying a second night, but had to get back on the road. 

It is a newly built motel, so the facility and the room were clean and in very good condition. The bathroom was spacious. We didn't use the kitchen. We were told to pull down the bar on the ice maker in the freezer to get ice, but no ice was made, even by the next morning. We reported the issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

My room was like a studio apartment with electric stove, kitchen cupboards, dinette table, even a recliner!

A bit of freeway noise from interstate 80 because my room faced the highway. Probably quieter if you get room on other side of hotel
