Quality Inn Rock Springs

So far no problems at all the hotel is quiet and reserved I enjoy the simplicity of the place and everything you need is essentially there. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s very comfortable and relaxing. I appreciate the welcoming customer service from the front desk hosts. I an with two small babies and this place has so far shown more respect and understanding than most. I appreciate the stay.

Not much really could be remodeled but that’s not a big thing it just feels a little on the older side in the room but their lobby is pretty cool and up to data on casual.

The hotel is located close to the main freeway exit. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast staff was friendly and there was a good variety of items.

The rooms had a separate heater and air conditioning units requiring setting the temperatures separately for the two. The room were partially refreshed. The room walls show mars and impact marks from previous travelers suitcases. In general the room showed wear and tear. Despite being listed as a non-smoking room, a odor of smoke was present in the room.

BRRAKFAST WAS AWESOME traveling with kids i always look for breakfast in the morning and this ine is one of the best they had chocolate and regular wafels scrambled eggs becon sausage yogurt cereal begals and more rooms are ground level and door open to outside bedds were comfy and pillows were amazing

Only thing i think would help is maybe a fresh paint job outside it looked like a older little rundown hotel but thats not really important to me

The breakfast was amazing. So yummy. The staff were very friendly. The room was really clean.

I took a bath the first night we got there, and the water would not drain. It took 5 hours to finally get the water to drain from the tub. It was a little loud from road traffic, but nothing I couldn't handle.

Love the fact we could park in front of our door. Rooms are a bit outdated, but still functional. So no complaints. No bugs.. Would totally stay again .

Would have stayed again on our way back. Unfortunatly coming back I grabbed my very disabled father on law. No mobility rooms are available.

Absolutely great place and a real surprise. We recently stayed in a Quality Inn elsewhere that was really run down. This one in Rock Springs is where I’ll stay in future. Old style built on one level around a parking lot, pool and yard. Very clean and quiet; park at your door, no stairs and no one above/below you. Breakfast was nothing special but passable, esp with patio/picnic tables outside. Also looks like they have a social hour with a small bar/beer on tap as well. Great yard for the dog; great gym and close to lots of restaurants. Next door to HI express but I’ll take this Quality Inn any time! Oh and it is much cheaper=“win-win-win-win……

Can’t think of anything reasonable

the staff was great over all felt good

everything was god yes it’s outdated but over all good stay.. the ring is clean but there was some trash left behind , there was q-Tips, plastic and bags left by bed but over all would stay again.. for the price we paid I would expect little more

Breakfast was very good. Loved the waffles and strawberries! Our room was very nice and comfortable. The young lady who checked us in was AWESOME! Very friendly and very helpful!

Note for your staff: the bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper so I needed to use the tub to do a quick clothes wash.

The breakfast! Hot breakfast was great! very nice lady helping out. Lots of choices. Spacious breakfast room.

Little run down looking on the outside of motel The mattresses need to be evaluated as they are getting saggy.

It's centrally located, there's different types of restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens and Starbucks close by. The room is nice, very clean. Parking in front of the room. The front desk specifically Linda Moore, went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. She greeted me, like we were friends. She's an asset to this establishment!
