Location was perfect, inside the historical - pedestrian city, steps away to Lyabi Haus,Ulug Beg,etc. Staff, especially Mrs Eseniya, was very friendly, attentive and helpful,made out of their way to help us,make this trip memorable! Room was very comfortable, very well decorated, with smooth mattress and pillows,and with veranda.A/C working perfectly.Breakfast was very good, with also traditional Uzbek delicacies! A big bonus an open bar where you can grab a beer to relax. Airport transfer at a very reasonable price. If we will return to Bukhara we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay! Thank you girls for everything!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The best parts of the hotel are the huge rooms (much larger than we expected) and the excellent location. We booked two rooms since we were traveling with teenagers, but each huge room could really have accommodated all 4 of us (1 double bed, 1 single and a sofa that can probably be made up as a bed for a small child if within the hotel's policy). The location was also superb, as it was within the walking area of Burkhara with many of the sites within walking distance, as well as many eating options. Finally, we found the staff to be efficient and helpful, including the drivers.

The location is superb. Within walking distance of everything you want to see in Bukhara. Plenty of choice for breakfast, which changed daily. Filter coffee was a pleasant surprise - not instant, thankfully! Room was huge, plenty of storage space. Staff very welcoming and helpful; sorted out taxis with ease.

The bathroom was rather dated, didn’t want to take a bath as it wasn’t very relaxing - dingy. The spa facilities leave a LOT to be desired. We looked but didn’t use them. They’re an afterthought, put in a basement with the dead cockroaches! Soundproofing non-existent. Can hear everything in the adjoining rooms through a wooden door. Duvet didn’t fit the bed - but the staff happily gave us a second one. Much appreciated.

Overall a nice place to stay. Very good staff. The best rooms are under renovation but should be ready for the travel season opening in march. Quite cozy and all. There is a nice restaurant nearby and everything you actually need to see in the old town is in near vicinity. Maybe a 20 minute walk to Ark citadel and another 5 to the Samani Mausoleum.

Smell in the bathroom. The mini fridge was empty, you had to order to get something but it kills the convenience part. Not the fault of the hotel but there are construction works taking place around the location so it might get noisy during daytime but all silent during the evening and night. Oh and the TVs don't have any channels to watch except Uzbek but I suppose nowadays as a problem it is obsolete.

Best staff ever. Especially Mr. Nozim head of the reservations. He managed my train reservations and saved me from a big trouble. An example of honesty and commitment in the hotels sector!!! It was quite impossible to find a train ticket to khiwa from bukhara, Nozim checked online and took me to the agency then back at the hotel kept looking for the tickets until he found me one , at the government price, without extra fees or services, then provided me a good driver to take me to the train station at midnight at a very cheap price !!! That person is a jewel and a must to promote and keep in the hotel industry. I know that , because I am teacher of hotel management and I can assure that honesty and commitment of such employees make them a rare jewel in our sector. Thank u Nozim and thank u Malika hotel , u will make me come back to bukhara.

Best choice for visiting Bukhara! Elegant design, spacious room, plentiful breakfast, beautiful garden for a peaceful afternoon tea, super-friendly and helpful employees give us extraordinary experience. Located in the Bukhara historical city center, the hotel is close to all attractions as well as the taxi pickup point. Again, if you visit Bukhara, Malika might be the best choice!

Awesome central location with all the key historical places under ten minutes walk away. The staff are happy and focused on making sure the stay is comfortable and memorable. the breakfast spread is great and plenty. They have a nice outdoor seating area which is breezy and fun, as also a covered terrace with a nice view.

wifi inside the rooms isn't great for video calls especially for work but good enough for general surfing.

Room wasn't comfortable. They gave us a super tiny room. We asked to change, and they gave us a twin-bed room! Faucet leaked in the bathroom and door knob broken. The hotel doesn't have a welcoming facade. It's in an alley. They gave us terrible pillows hard as rocks. We had to ask to change.

Large comfortable rooms Cleanliness Quietness Location is impossible to beat. The hotel is right in the center of the old city. Exceptional staff. We traveled as a group of four and all of us are vegans. It's hard to find good vegan food in Buhara, but the restaurant staff offered us to prepare special meals for us.

There was a problem with our credit card and ATM bank card. We didn't have enough cash to pay. The staff helped us figure out a way to pay. They also organized a great car transfer from the airport and a fantastic tour guide. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
