Really nice and helpful staff - always ready to support with any requests. Breakfast is good. Pool is a nice bonus. There is a small shop downstairs selling traditional items with a nice and helpful lady.

Brand new hotel with outstanding amenities, the place is just so well done and well taken care of, the pool is fantastic and the gym is very well equipped. breakfast is vast and tasty and the ladies at the front desk are very helpful kind and hospitable, hands down the best assistance I’ve got in a long time from a front desk.

The young guy who helps with the bags wasn’t very happy about how much I tipped him, as a foreign who just landed in Uzbekistan and has never been in contact with the currency it’s hard to have an idea of how much it’s worth or how much to tip, I gave him a bill and he laughed sarcastically mentioning how much I gave him, I gave him another bill and he said ok but sure he wasn’t happy either, it’s a shame because all the staff at the hotel was extremely nice but I definitely disliked his attitude

The property is very new, so it's impeccably clean and premium.

The staff aren't very proactive, and on occasions, did strange things. When I was checking out, the front desk worker wanted to write down my credit car numbers on a separate piece of paper for some reason, even though I had already paid and checked out. This has never happened to me before, and seemed a bit dodgy. Another time I was having a drink at the lobby bar, and then two separate bills came: one for alcohol, and the other for the water and coffee, and snacks. Highly unusual that a tiny bowl of pistachio nuts would cost more than a glass of wine, especially since one third of the nuts were inedible (couldn't remove the shells). These sorts of "weird" experiences made it a less comfortable visit.

The service and facilities was 10:10. Think it’s the most service minded reception staff I have even encountered. The hotel it self was new and the room was really nice (great bed). It looks like a business hotel, but I feels different, more like a resort (in the good way), great aircon everywhere! Breakfast was the absolutely best we have had in all of Uzbekistan. And the spa/gym was brand new and really nice. Food in the bar was totally fine, not your best meal in UZ and it’s a western menu, but pretty good quality compared to the main ones in old town (tried Charlet and Old Bukhara).

The location was approx 1k out of old town, so you 100% need a taxi to get into town (as the road is not nice to walk), if that’s what you are there for. It’s super cheap, like 0.5 euros and it took 5 min. Not really a problem, but you are not in the old part. We stayed in old town first, but decided to move here due to the facilities and getting away from the crowds of tourists and did not regret it.

Impressive Architecture: The striking blend of local aesthetics and modern design elements captivated us when we arrived. The hotel itself is a sight to behold. Exemplary Cleanliness: The attention to cleanliness was impressive, both within our room and across the hotel's public areas. This commitment to hygiene added to our peace of mind during our stay. Remarkable Facilities: Among the hotel's wide range of facilities, we were particularly taken by the SPA zone. The tranquil ambiance, attentive staff, and quality treatments created a relaxing experience. Additionally, the well-maintained swimming pool provided a great respite from the summer heat and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Coffee Quality: We were somewhat disappointed by the coffee served in the hotel. As avid coffee lovers, we found it lacked the depth and richness we expected.

I had a very comfortable stay in this new, modern hotel. Upon arrival in Bukhara, my original booking at a "Boutique" hotel turned out to be a dirty place, and I refused to stay. So, I found this Wyndham Bukhara, and though there are few reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is an ultra-modern resort. I most liked the lobby and pool, where I could enjoy a hot or cold beverage and relax after a long day of meetings and sightseeing. My room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of items and wasn't too busy during the times I was there.

Housekeeping could be a bit more consistent in replacing coffee, tea, etc., in the room each day. The door to my balcony was locked, with no key in sight, and I would have liked to open it in the evening. A few more coffee machines in the restaurant at breakfast would make it easier, as there was always a long line -- or have staff bring coffee or tea to guests as they arrive. Lastly, the shower is a bad design that lacks a full door, making the floor wet (even with a floor towel).

Modern hotel, not far from the old city, staff at the reception was good, and the hotel also provides various late check-out options, which was really helpful to me

Swimming pool was closed both days for minor renovation. When I arrived, I'd been told that it would open the next day - but the work was clearly taking more time. It also doesn't make sense why the renovation started in June, when most of the hotels would close the swimming pool for the winter months, and could have done renovation back then.

The hotel staff is very helpful and will go the extra mile to assist you. The rooms super clean and the bed is super comfy too.

The size of the rooms is way smaller than shown in the pictures. It barely has the space to walk around. The shower is also too small even for a thin person. The breakfast is the same everyday. If you are staying for 4 nights it's way too repetitive and boring. This property is a bit far from the old town. But that's OK coz the taxi fare is very very less.

The perfect hotel to relax and explore the city. The spa was fabulous as were all of the staff. Yes the rooms are on the small side but they are very comfortable. A good 10min walk to a supermarket and 15mins into the centre. We arrived by train from Tashkent and used Yango app to get a taxi from station to the hotel. Gym and pool were great.

Booking.com said we would pay in advance but you actually pay at the hotel in Uzbekistan. The floor of the spa was slippy and I fell over.
