Overall that was a good stay. Modern hotel built in Bukhara heritage eastern style a-la Aladdin fairytale. There is a beautiful garden at the inner yard where you can spend some time with cup of tea or coffee in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. It is located not far from the heart of historical old town (10 minutes walk). I can easily recommend the hotel for couple of days trip to Bukhara.

Mercure service still needs to be injected in this new hotel across many parameters. Breakfast is rather poor, rooms feel like empty with no charm. Staff requires more training to comply with Mercure standards (we ordered transfer to airport from frontdesk, as taxi cars in Bukhara are far from normal expectations, and then we realized that transfer is not arranged at the time of pick up ;( ). Fortunately standard taxi came in 5 minutes but I was forced to ride with luggage on my knees on the front seat 😀, nice experience. I guess the hotel of such level from worldwide chain should buy an own car and provide a transfer service to their customers (I am sure there are many people who can easily pay 20 USD for good level transfer on premium comfortable safe car to airport/railway station).

The hotel has a lovely mixed style of ethnic and modern elements. The cleaning, reception and spa staff was very helpful and professional. The kitchen personnel was particularly kind. We also had 2 original cocktails from the bar that were delicious. Excellent stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends!

The reception staff went out of the way to help. Everyone spoke excellent English. Faig Bayramov, who is actually rooms division manager, but happened to be at reception, went all out to help with my constraints related with my elderly mother and young son. Breakfast wax excellent and staff was courteous. Spa lady was super enthusiastic. The gentleman at the door helped carrying my heavy luggage and my handbags upto my room with a huge smile.. it felt as though everyone loves their job and it's one big family and we are welcome into it :-) pool settings felt as though in a palace

If only I had planned more days in Bukhara, I could have stayed longer

Is the most luxurious you can find in Bukhara. The location was perfect, just 15 minutes walking from the old city center and Lyabi Khauz. If you leave early you can have fresh bread from the bakeries nearby. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, very clean with a modern bathroom with the mandatory amenities. The staff were very helpful, everyone in the reception ready to help you. The breakfast was great, enjoyed very much the local products corner, the best dried fruits we had. We used every time the swimming pool and the hammam. It's great after a day full of sightseeing around. Money well spent.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at, from start to finish. The location was perfect, the hotel looked stunning, the staff were very helpful, we were always warmly greeted by Temur who looked after the lobby area. The breakfast was great, we ate at the hotel restaurant a few times as well and the food was delicious. The spa facilities and the massages were spot on, I had a sports massage from Dinara and wow, I have to say she gave the best sports massage I've ever had. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were a good size and clean. I would recommend this hotel over and over again.

Having to leave the hotel. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The breakfast was very good The hotel was clean and beautiful The gym and pool / sauna were a nice bonus

The location wasn’t great. It’s not a huge deal because you can walk into the old town in 15 minutes but it’s not a very pleasant walk, especially in the heat. The laundry service was absurdly expensive… so we went elsewhere which was about 40 times cheaper but less convenient. It would be nice for the hotel to provide laundry at a normal price. In general the hotel was nice but a little overpriced The food in the restaurant was good but the bar was a little strange. The cocktails again were very expensive, and it turned out they don’t know how to make the drinks on their own menu. I ordered a cocktail and sent it back 3 times because it was completely wrong.

The hotel is located within the old city walls...the Lyabi Hauz is just 20 mins walk. Cabs are easy to get. Location, aesthetics, and cleanliness are great positives. The reception staff is very helpful. Didnt use the Turkish spa...but it looked promising.

The behaviour of the restaurant staff was not very cooperative, the food was below average but very expensive. Our younger daughter fell sick and we needed some simple food but they were very reluctant to help. Also, the extra bed provided was broken and unstable.

This hotel is conveniently located at the border of the old city. No problem arriving by car, which is good when carrying luggage. Old town is within a very easy walking distance. The hotel itself has been constructed based on an old courtyard concept, fitting very well with the surrounding old town, and with high quality materials and convenience. The hotel received an award for best design (or something similar, did not pay too much attention) in Uzbekistan, which is completely deserved. Very nice. The staff is also very good and caring.

When we arrived, something was wrong with the electronic key of the room we had reserved. That did not get resolved, but we were upgraded to a nicer and bigger room, so although an initial negative, the response by the hotel staff turned it into a positive.
