It is an excellent 4-star hotel with 5-star service! The facilities were well-kept and beautiful; the room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was very good value; service was extremelly attentive and cordial. All the staff members we met were competent and professional as well as generous and friendly with their time and advice. And we yould like to extend our thanks to all of them. Our special thanks go to Nazokat and Sabina who "took care of us" in such a warm and thoughtful manner.

Comfortable room with big space (because of hotel's upgrade from twin to delux twin room). Friendly staff, but not well organized.

A lot of bad details in interior of rooms (cheap plastic profiles around shower to close view on tiles connection...). Dirty carpet near the pool area... There is no any washbasin to wash your hands after toilets near pool area. Broken umbrellas...and sun loungers. Hotel approved local men to come and swim at pool in their underwear (its really not so nice visible impression for my girl) and its not hygienically!! Difference prices for the similar or the same food at various restaurants (cheaper near pool area, then in the restaurant at main hall). Small height in corridor of typical floors (only 2200mm in some parts).

Nice location with large lobby and welcoming drinks. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool which surprisingly is open 24hours. There is a table tennis facility for unwind after a nice stroll into town. They have a musalah for those who want to pray. They provide complimentary shuttle service into the town which is very nice. It is only 10minutes away by shuttle. The restaurant is on 8th floor and has a good selection of food. Nearby are also some good fast food restaurants and eating places. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating to any concerns you have.

Room could have been larger but next time will need to check the dimensions carefully.

Very good location - 20 minutes walking distance to historical center (for some it may seem far away). Excellent facilities, staff was super friendly, breakfast was awesome, the room was big and clean. There are a lot of plugs near the bed, and internet was quite decent speed.

Maybe just couple of small points. First, the shower was right next to the bath without any cover, therefore after the shower the whole bathroom was wet (maybe just a feature of that particular room). Second, there was only one large pillow per bed. Nothing more to add, everything else was perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sahid Zarafshon, and I must say that the staff's behavior and level of service exceeded my expectations. Throughout my stay, the staff members consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff left a lasting impression with their exceptional hospitality. They were always approachable, friendly, and eager to assist. Whenever I sought recommendations for local attractions or needed assistance with any other matter, they provided valuable insights and guidance. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile made my trip even more memorable. The breakfast spread was also more than satisfactory, featuring a vast selection of dishes, and offering something to please everyone. Finally, the hotel is well situated near the center of attraction. All in all a good experience and a reason to come back again to Bukhara.

Very much an international-quality hotel, the best in town. Very modern and comfortable.

A very busy hotel. Good sized rooms, with walk-in shower. Breakfast buffet offered good selections. Indoor/outdoor pools were good and the pool bar provided good service. Located about a 5 minute taxi from the centre.

Good breakfast with proper coffee, wide variety of fruits and open kitchen. However, it would be good to put all diary products in a cool place/cooled surface or table. 2 swimming pools: super refreshing outside pool and always warm inside pool. Was surprised to see separate saunas for men and women (women's was broken, though) - it is a cultural requirement, I guess.

I booked full board package. As a fact, full package includes only 3 meals and 2 desserts. I regretted my choice of stay package.

This is a really well appointed hotel. It's about a kilometre from the old city of Bukhara, following the direct route through couple of parks and the lanes of the old town itself. The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and pleasant. The room was made up every day to a good standard. All the facilities were of a good level. I used the swimming pool only once but it was very enjoyable. The breakfast was included in the price for our stay and it had pretty much everything you could want. The Turkish Terrace restaurant down below the hotel was also good. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended. Thanks very much to all the staff for your hospitality.
