love all of the staff there. They were always so helpful and gracious. Always have a smile on their faces. The Tuk Tuk is ALWAYS available and on time or early. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Here are 3 things I would suggest correcting in the villa: 1. Dinner meal options needs to be better. The food and quality of choices, need to match with the breakfast choices. Most of the time we go to dine, the food seems old and not tasty. 2. Washer/Dryer- as a family with 3 kids, it's important that we have access to a laundry room. This was really disappointing. The good news was, your staff was willing to help us find a local laundry place that was able to pick up, wash/dry our clothes for dirt cheap and best part, same day service! 3. Plug-ins. My curling iron couldn't plug into the sockets....any sockets. So I couldn't do my hair during my 7 nights stay.

Amazing resort! A little far from any other restaurants or food stalls. The food in the resort is decently priced and they have a decent variety. The resort has a little kids area that was a great perk! They have a few workers there that are so sweet and play with the kids. They have a nice main pool, a nice gym, nice bar at the beach and main building and a 5 Star Spa! They have a shuttle service around the resort since it’s pretty big. You can still walk around though. They also have buffets! Oh, and their pizza was delicious!

The only thing I found inconvenient was that the pots and pans were not readily available for us to use. There is a whole process to request pots and pans in case you wanted to reheat food or cook something.

The resort is a little far from the city, but for those who come to relax, the place is amazing and has everything The place is simply a paradise for vacationers

Hot water is enough for one person, after that you have to wait until there is hot water again We took half board, the dinners were very disappointing, suitable mainly for those who like the local food

All the staff are extremly friendly and ready to provide help anywhere anytime. The Villa and Interiors are excellent except one unhappy thing in facility. The hot water supply interrupted 10 minutes after the begin of my shower. I finished quickly the remaining of my shower in cold water as i could. By the way, there was a exclusive swimming pool belong to our villa, the water was clean. But there was only one light under water in Funtion, compared to my neighbor's Villa with all three lights under water.

the property is incredibly amazing. so peaceful and beautiful. you truly feel like you are on a paradise island with scenic views of the ocean and the beautiful palm trees. the villas itself is extremely luxurious and each room has been maintained extremely well. we didn’t want to leave the rooms as it felt like a cosy home!

the only downside is the food. there is only 1 restaurant and the breakfast is a similar menu everyday. we preferred going to other hotels for lunches and dinner.

Manager was super nice and honestly every single staff were so nice. Best vacation we’ve spent and everything was so clean. Enjoy the private pool and their beach was just breathtaking.

The staff was more than friendly and very helpful. Every wish we had was fulfilled. The houses are very spacious, clean with high quality furnishing. Breakfast and dinner buffet had a rich selection of food. Furthermore, the price is fair compared to other resorts nearby. I would recommend a stay at this resort.

Location is beautiful, the gardens are lovely and the Villa was stunning with beautiful fittings.

The Food wasn’t up to the standard you would expect but the Customer service Manager Alice sorted out feedback and listened. she was outstanding for service recovery making our stay wonderful and we genuinely felt she understood our feedback.

location is very remote, so peaceful and quiet. the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious, the staff were so friendly, the Kidsdom was fantastic… a perfect family holiday.

The pillows are too too soft - that is the only thing I didn’t like.

Everything was so perfect! This resort is the one that i've always dreamed to come! Especially two staffs named 'Viet' and 'Phuong' were so kind and amazingly nice. They were the best!!! They always tried to offer the best serives for us even if our English is not enough to communicate😊
