the grounds were immaculate and the rooms were amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The pools and beach top quality. Best Hotel Breakfast Buffet I have seen in a long time, lots of choice. Cocktails in Saigon bar were great. the staff were fantastic.

They give you two glass bottles for water a day but do not let you refill, you have to buy water after that in the bar which is expensive (specify local brand or you will be charged $6 a bottle of imported italian water!) Apart from Breakfast, the food was disappointing. For the amount they charge the quality does not match the price and given the remote area the hotel is located you are pretty much limited to the hotel for meals.

Fabolous resort! Loved the beach, the breakfast, and rhe beach Club! The resort is quite big, but not too big to get around. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in. Pro tip if possible. Go for a villa with your own pool. Its large and you dont want to use the other pools in the hotel! Promise! Go also for Luxury package with breakfast in the Colonial. Fewer people and less stress and you have a more vip breakfast area. Saigon bar! Loved it! Live music 2 days a week! Eat and drink on the hotel? Not so bad prices to be a 5 star on this level! Pools-in peak times get up early. Could be full. Use the beach! Its pristine! There is enough sun beds in the grounds, but if you want to stay right by the pool you might consider be there there at 8/9 o clock. Staff-great! Couldnt be better! All staff want to help all the time!

The quiet location was appreciated. The food and cocktails/drinks were delicious. The hotel room was definitely better than the villas. Though it was a walking distance from the pools, we preferred that it was not too close to where the action was. The staff (waiting and room service) were friendly and helpful.

In the map there were three pools that were catering to different groups of people. My partner and I don’t have children and therefore when they said that there was an ADULT Pool, we were happy about it. However, it was not the case. All three pools were open for children and that was frustrating because we wanted a bit of quiet time but we were distracted by the screaming and running children around the adult pool. I hope they could have a mindful implementation of who should be in the Adult Pool. A little sign by the pool would give them and idea of who the pool was for.

The Anam Cam Rahn is a real gem. The territory is so unbelievably green and well-groomed. The lawn is awesome. You are like in paradise staying in the middle of the lawn and looking at azure sea. The villas are cozy, the mattresses are super comfy. I would definitely come back. We had a great time. We stayed in May 2023 the sea was great. The water temperate was around the body temperature.

It’s not about the property, it’s about the sea and pollution. some days especially before the sunset you spot some plastic bags and other different rubbish in the water. It’s good that the beach are cleaned by the staff. but if you want to walk further along the beach it is completely polluted with “sea gifts” I would work on the menu of the western restaurant. It would be great if the Indochina restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

Very happy with The breakfast buffet food spread and quality . Very happy with the food quality at Beach Club and wonderful service staff . Ate lunch & two dinners there. Overall, a restful stay with lush greenery, spacious lawn - love the wooden swings on the lawn facing the sea. The beach front is fabulous - sandy with clear water and well maintained - just like rest of the property.

From the balcony of my "ocean view deluxe room" not much of sea view as the main block is located away from the beach. Water pressure in shower not strong. Not enough sun lounger on Sat 24/6 as we went to all three pools but unable to find two available seats.

Amazing property, isolated, calm, surrounded by nature and astonishing beach. a special note to the staff who was very kind and thoughtful. Very professional The room, facilities, the area, the pools, all is designed for you to relax and chill in a very natural style. Many activities like tennis court, mini golf, movie theater, yoga which adds to your stay

The only comment I have is for the Eco farm… which is not really a farm, more a small zoo with small cages for animals like goats, chicken, peacocks and ducks. It’s too bad because there is so much space they could have been better treated. not very necessary

Everything was 10/10. We stayed in the villa suite looking out to the beach front. It was a dreamy resort, perfect for a couples get away. The hotel manager was amazing, he is really attentive and making the resort a 5 star heaven. With his experience and guidance, the staff are making it the perfect stay for their guests e.g. my wife is lactose intolerant, the hotel went above and beyond getting her oat milk...she mentioned it once and then the next morning they had it! Plus, we were there for 4 nights over New Years, the hotel hosted drinks for all the guest (on the house) and an amazing 5 course meal (at a great price). Would definitely stay here again and again!

Absolutely stunning, pools and beach were a lot of fun for the kids, the food was delicious and the views were stunning.

Staff were a bit blunt almost rude but unsure if that's a language barrier or cultural difference as we're English speaking. Our daughter was sick and we asked if we could bring her some pancakes from breakfast and the hostess was quite rude- told us we shouldn't feed her that and she should have rice and then took a long time to finally let us have the pancakes.

Although it is a huge property, it really feels smaller then it is. It has a huge lawn and the whole property is very well maintained. The beach strip is amazing and very very long which is just perfect for a long walk. Of course, you will find plastic and garbage once you leave a hotel beach which seems normal nowadays and sad. Though, one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Vietnam so far. The private bungalow with pool is spacious and luxurious. Absolutely stunning and relaxing. The breakfast had a vast variety and was also one of the best buffets I had at a hotel in Vietnam. Of course, the staff is very attentive and kind. For my birthday, they even prepared a little cake.

As mentioned in other reviews, the restaurants are quite expensive. But at least the drinks and dishes we ordered were always delicious!

My review is a little bit delayed , but I really wanted to recommend this to others so they can have fantastic time at the Anam. Everything was perfect including friendly staff, beautiful beach, good food, and pool. Kids club was not as big as the picture, but my six-year-old loved the programs. Restaurants are better than some of the most sought after restaurants in downtown. Very friendly staff including Eddie and others who were willing to go above and beyond to help me. I would definltey go back.

Kids club can be upgraded. We used a nanny service, the nanny was good but the service seemed pricier than other luxury resorts. There were some situations where we had to wait long for room services and buggy carts. I am thinking it is because they had scaled down employees due to the pandemic. I hope they are ramping up for better business soon!
