Breakfast was great, good selection of food options and included in the room rate. The room was amazing, good quality bed and very comfortable. Great location on the beach. Fantastic resort facilities with lots for children to do.

There were very large groups of Koreans and Chinese, it seemed like the music, vibe and activities were catered to them, rather than general guests. I also was a bit disappointed in the sales representative as we were wanting to get married at the resort in the future and we were not shown any villas or rooms for future bookings. It also seemed like they do not do many weddings there. Besides this the resort was amazing. Great features, awesome rooms and friendly staff.

Everything was fantastic , Jason at the beach bar/restaurant was an absolute legend! So good of a host we requested him the next night🤙🏽

They expected my 16 and 13 year old boys to sleep in our bed, I wasn’t aware this was a thing that was exceptional. Party my fault for not checking how many beds on my booking. But when you put into booking.com that you have 2 adults and 2 teenagers, I would never expect for a second that they are not getting their own bed. I found it deceiving on both parties accounts, the resort was amazing, just a let down on that part

the breakfast food is delicious and there are plenty choices. fresh bread and pastries, fresh waffles, pancakes and crepes with Nutella and ice cream available every morning, which my family enjoyed immensely. the beach is exceptional, the waters are so lovely and clear. you can travel through the resort with buggies and it is quite scenic. one of the best things about movenpick is that they have sports facilities that u can use, mostly for free like ping pong, tennis, badminton. the gym is also quite complete.

they did not serve movenpick ice cream, it was sometimes too crowded so the dining facilities could be expanded to host the guests in the summer season. I expected the hotel to have free shuttles from/to the airport since it is only 15 minutes away, it is disapointing that there arent.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is well run. Great place for kids. Loads of activities even on rainy days. Good service in Tropicana restaurant day and night. Space for family in joined condo rooms.is great.

Some communication issues between restaurant staff and kitchen resulted in slow service at lunch in panorama - we received compensation but better if it didn't occur. Children's menu arrangements need to be clearer - inconsistently free/ not free it seems very random.

The facilities are in good condition. The location is great with outstanding views.

For the condotel, the services here are a bit limited compared to the main site. Especially at the poolside, there are no cafeteria around, if we want to, we need to commute to the main site which is kinda uncomfortable for us. One more thing, for the room service, we waited for the check-in almost 2 hours (the staff had to tidy up the room), however, I unexpectedly found lots of dirty bath towels which were really stinky inside the wardrobe. This is not what a 5-star-resort should be.

The overall experience was excellent and we would readily stay again. The property is very clean and fully serviced throughout with attention to detail in public spaces too. Good security, pool attendants and lifeguards on the beach and a readily available buggy service for transport on-site. Breakfast was well presented offering a plentiful range of options, western and local foods. Outstanding was the hospitality, friendliness and knowledge of the staff ; they are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. Movenpick "chocolate hour" a popular feature every afternoon.

Some of the advertised facilities were not available, some were age-restricted. Some outlets were closed, there was no boutique and the shop had a very limited stock. Dining options were rather limited with the main restaurant not available on one evening. Children's menu limited.

Beach was beautiful, everything at the resort was so nice. Food was great and staff was helpful

Too many people. Everywhere was crowded and no buggies every time you call. We had a kitchen that had no plates or cutlery (had to rent- kind of a cheap thing to do). The spa cancelled on us without telling us because it was too busy. A lot of the things we didnt like stemmed from just too many people

I had a wonderful week in family in this beautiful resort. The hotel is quite new and high standard, well above my expectations in terms of comfort and quality. The room was spectacular with ultra large and comfy bed, large bathroom and balcony with sea view. The three restaurants at the hotel are excellent quality, the beach is lovely and the pools are classy and amazing with water slides for kids and adults. Special mention for the kids buffet and the kids club with incredible installations and activities - definitely an awesome place to stay with children of all age, who eat for free at lunch and dinner and there was a free chocolate hour for everyone every day at 3 (maybe only during Christmas time)

Unfortunately at this time of the year (Christmas) you can't swim in the sea as the waves are too big and it's dangerous. The weather was extremely windy and cool, and the skies more grey than blue. That didn't bother me at all as I tend to flee the big heat/big sun places, but people need to be aware that this is not a Phuket or Caribbean type of coastline, more an Atlantic beach experience in my opinion. The other downfall was the prices of the restaurants and all other services not included in the initial package, aligned with European prices in general so it can quickly turn into an expensive holiday (which is partly compensated by the fact that kids under 15 eat for free)

We stayed in a villa and it was great to have the space and the private pool was so good to just jump in and out of as we wished. the hotel facilities were a kids dream, my children all enjoyed the waterpark area, the water slides, the ropes course and the kids club (best kids club we’ve experienced)

The villa had no cutlery at all, nor even a plate or two, which was so annoying when we ordered room service and tried to share it between 3 children or the time that no cutlery at all came with our room service. a small additional thing, the room had wine glasses but no bottle opener and trying to track one down to open a bottle was not an easy task.

1) Perfect location - very close to Airport and very quiet. 2) Excellent staff responses and support. 3) Excellent facilities.

1) Baby highchairs were always dirty. My family and I had to clean them every time before my child could take a seat. 2) Buggy service must be improved. We had to wait for ~5 minutes every time we called. 3) Breakfast didn't have many Vietnamese dishes. 4) Without a reservation and pre-orders, wait time in Tropicana restaurant was long. 5) Wifi was not so good in my room.
