Beautiful and very spacious room, comfy bed and incredible views over the sea. Nice balcony. Seoerate toilet. The room was perfect. Huge breakfast buffet. If you don’t find anything there, you can’t be helped. The blue lobster restaurant was cosy and staff incredibly friendly. Food was delicious too - they should have a daily suggestion, or at least a weekly one. The spa is beautiful. The lounge is very cosy and was nice to sit outside.

The language barrier is difficult. Most staff don’t speak English at all. But somewhat feels like it’s wanted, because that way they conveniently don’t understand your complaints. We had an executive room with turndown service - we stayed 4 nights, 4x not received. 4x complained, but nothing. The housekeeping wasn’t great, always something missing or not cleaned. They would take towels but not replace. The empty soaps not replaced. Toilet paper. Etc. the lounge access is not worth the extra money. Hotel has happy hour from 17-19, however lounge has happy hour from 17-18m and only serves alcohol during that time frame. At 17:50 they won’t open a new bottle. They don’t even serve sparkling wine in the lounge. However possible to order in restaurant and bars.

Rat visiting us at 3am. We informed staff at front desk. After room service the next day, we still found rat poo on kitchen bench and floor...

I would like to leave a good feedback after my staying. The hotel is adapted to guests of all kinds, with children and adults. The location is comfortable, few minutes to the airport, there is a shuttle bus to city centre and back. The area is very big, you can find different entertainment tennis cards, different swimming pools, spa center, gym. The rooms are clean, spacious, with sea views. I want to thank to hotel administrator - Hung Hoa for the ability to resolve different situations, as well as big thanks to the restaurant administrator- Anh Nguyen for understanding and ability to fulfill our expectations. Higly recommend. 😊

Quiet location

Limited shuttle pick up after drop off and quite disappointed with FOM as it’s seems that we are a bothersome to her during the checked in and when we inquire about the transport schedules. Whereas Mr Kien the restaurant manager is very friendly and professional and a hands on manager and knows the real sense of hospitality service.

Lovely room and view, excellent swimming beach (March), friendly staff, good food options at reasonable prices. Executive lounge service and offerings for afternoon tea and happy hour were very good. Efficient lifts were very quick.... Upper level pool lounges, the best you will find, so comfortable. Location is super convenient to airport but you need taxi for Nha Trang and other sights.

Shame the spa pricing was a little high, looks like a lovely facility. Poolside ice creams melted and refrozen, minor issue but not nice. Bedside lighting for reading poor but that's a design issue. We would not hesitate to revisit Radisson Blu.

Close to the airport.Amazing resort. Gorgeous rooms with fantastic views. Pools nearby were also gorgeous. Staff helpful and offered free transportation to nearby seafood restaurants.

On our last day, water was dropping from the ceiling, which was a result of using the AC.

Very spacious and nice rooms, huge bathroom, free water is glass bottles (no plastic waste). Breakfast is very rich, millions of options. Dinners were nice too, cocktails are of very good quality. The staff is very polite and speaks good English. Special thanks to Nghia at reception, he was very helpful. Free shuttle service to Nha Trang center is a big plus. Also it is just 5min away from the airport.

I agree with other comments here - there are very few reception desks. Even in low season we had to wait every time. Location. Together with other next-door resorts, it is in the middle of nowhere, literally in a desert. Suitable for those who are OK to stay only inside of the resort, or take a 45min ride to Nha Trang. Also those tiny plastic single use shampoos etc. are not convenient and not ecological.

The stay at Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh was absolutely fantastic! It was a dream family trip :) The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Our family had so many special requests and they accommodated all of them. Some of our requests were: wheelchair, specific lunch and dinner menus (one of us had a weak stomach), food takeaways, superglue, etc. At every step of the way, the hotel staff made sure we felt the most comfortable. I must say the great service made up for any discomfort we might have had (and to be honest, we didn't have any discomfort during the trip). My parents were very pleased with the stay. There were shuttle cars to take us anywhere in the resort, just need to tell the reception staff to arrange one of these for us. Super convenient! There were 2 pools, one longer one (50m long, 1.2m deep). The other pool was about half that size, and also 1.2m deep. I'll definitely come back to the resort in the future!

The wifi was sometimes weak. The walls could be better sound-proof. We got a hotel room, not one of the villas. The lunch and dinner menus were a little too oily and fatty. People with a weak stomach might not like these menus. Thankfully the kitchen staff were accommodating of our request to change the menus for us :) So no complaint there!

Fantastic resort - really loved our stay and wished we had stayed longer. We are a couple but mentioned multiple times that the resort would be great to return to when we had children as there were plenty of activities and facilities for families. Multiple pools on offer including a shallow kids pool, a large pool with swim up bar and a more private smaller pool close to the beach. The private beach was fantastic - we made use of the free boogie boards and cabanas. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Nyung - she was amazing! Complimentary shuttle bus available that drops you off at a mall in town. Our room was spacious, luxurious and had an amazing view of the sea.
