Location: The location is good, 10 minutes to the beach by walking. There are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance(near the beach) Room: The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Cleanliness: The staff cleaned the room and changed the bedsheets every day. Breakfast: The breakfast was good. Sometimes there was no buffet as there were not too many customers. But we enjoyed it. Staff: The staff was friendly and helped with all our requests. The communication was good. TV: There are many TV channels(including some English movie channels), but it would be much better if there were Netflix. Gym and Pool: We enjoyed the pool and the small Gym.

The 2nd floor didn't have good WIFI during our stay. We moved to the 1st floor, and the WIFI was not stable. All the rooms of the same type(Junior Suite) we booked are close to the road, and the window was not soundproof.

The pool was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They really took care of us. The rooms were lovely. We were close enough to the old town using our scooters and just down the road from the beach Overall, the whole experience was fantastic, and I definitely recommend value for money at this quaint hotel.

The fridge didn't seem to be working, but we didn't need it, so we were not concerned.

Everything about this hotel was great. A smaller boutique hotel. The staff were very attentive. We had a great time. Great value for money.

Nothing to complain about ... Breakfast options were much smaller when compared to larger hotels however still adequate. Be very wary of slippery burning hot tiles around the pool.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxury (new?) hôtel in Hoi An. the hotel itself is looking very new and clean, room was huge and comfortable with AC, Hot Shower, internet, TV and huge bed. we LOVED the beautifully designed swimming pool.

location is good but not to walk (take grab or rent motorbike. about 10 min walk to the beach).

Fantastic staff & very nice rooms. Breakfast while a little limited had a reasonable level of choice and was nice. Great pool & all up excellent value for money.

Being beside a main road to the beach there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

Excellent location, close to the beach. Ideal for cycling with free bikes. Only 3 kilometers to the Old Town. Perfect.

The property is amazing - there is a great swimming pool, the rooks are very nice and clean, everything is working (despite what other reviews say, we had no trouble with the wifi). We particularly liked the a la carte breakfast. When there is a lot of people staying at the hotel, there is a buffet (which is fine), but when there is only a couple people staying, which was most of the time we were at this hotel, there is a la carte breakfast. It is very rich, the staff is very nice and helpful. We also had a good experience with the receptionists. They were very nice, super available, helpful and willing to accommodate all our requests.

The only thing I would mention as a super minor thing is that the hotel is quite new, so it is still finding its way around some stuff. For example, when there was a buffet breakfast, they did not yet have a great handle on which types of food run out first and needs to be frequently added - hence sometimes there was no coffee etc and we had to ask for it and wait a bit. Also, we wanted to do a three day motorbike trip to Hue and then to return on the third day to the hotel. Even though the hotel had a motorcycle rental, they had no experience with renting motorcycles for multiple days, so we had to rent a motorcycle elsewhere (which was absolutely no problem and renting for three days was very common in Hoi An). But all the stuff above are very minor points in an otherwise amazing experience.
