The resort itself is exceptional with beautiful decor and stunning views. The private beach is beautiful, the monkeys are cute (when kept in a safe distance) and there’re a great variety of activities to choose from. Truly a memorable stay in the resort.

Overall the staff is friendly, but the quality of the service can be better. We had messaged the hotel to arrange a friend’s birthday celebration during the stay, and the hotel offered to send a birthday cake to our room as a surprise. But when we arrived the receptionist asked us about the birthday plan in front of the birthday girl and ruined the surprise. This was followed by several misunderstandings or poor work handover, which led to delayed delivery of the cake. It would be better if the staff is better trained and pay more attention to details, considering this is a five-star hotel.

The room was very nice and every detail of the design was well thought out. The views were wonderful and the architecture incredible. Saturday night BBQ at the beach was excellent. Every dish, especially the seafood & fish, were amazing. I would absolutely go back. The staff were also friendly and the kids club was the highlight for our family.

The atmosphere and service of the breakfast were very good and the views wonderful, but the food could have been better. The pho was on the salty side and the bun bo would be better with a bit more lemongrass. As much as possible, the hotel would benefit from more control of the local monkey population. The monkeys have clearly become accustomed to human food, are vicious, and have absolutely no fear of humans. On multiple occasions, groups of monkeys came onto the balcony of the room, and in one particular instance a large monkey swiped at our 5-year-old son's face, missing his nose and eyes by a few millimeters. The attack was completely unprovoked and had the effect of making us feel less safe and relaxed at the hotel.

This hotel is just beautiful. The integration of a modern luxurious hotel seamlessly blending into the hills is such a wonderful experience. From our balcony we could see the monkeys roam around in their natural environment (who are very well behaved). The views from the balcony & pool area were absolutely stunning it was hard to want to leave the hotel everyday. The staff were so friendly and genuinely the kindest people we have ever met, who are all very proud of their lovely city, providing suggestions of places to eat and visit. The coffee at breakfast from “monkey beans” with a familiar logo was my favourite thing in the morning.

beautiful decor, attentive staff with the exception of the beach staff who were not proactive and felt constantly distracted. property was well taken care of and we were impressed by the thoroughness and consistency of housekeeping. exceptional breakfast and lounge. and monkeys.

beach staff was not proactive in the club beach area, restaurant food for lunch and dinner was not great value for money and was at most "ok". we tried barefoot and the long bar. some of the guests' attire did not do the beautiful location justice and we were saddened to see that the dress code was not enforced in the lounge area where the requirement was quite explicit

The overall environment is clean and relaxing. The presence of monkeys is a bonus! For anyone who aspires to live a life "far away from the masses", this is THE place. It's indeed a privilege to stay here in this slice of paradise for three nights, the memories of which linger in our minds days after we left the place. All Staffs are friendly and helpful. We were invited to attend the weekly cocktail party on the beach upon our initial arrival. Mr. Hai Nguyen, the Director of Guest Services, came to us at the party. We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

Check-in process was slow. Getting to room was delayed for about 30 mins.

The view from the room is breathtaking- beds very comfortable, bathroom was well set up and we were very happy. Fruit options at breakfast were good. The beach was perfect and the free access to beach equipment was a nice touch.

There was a big language barrier that we felt when using the phone to call reception or room service. Even ordering items as written in the resort menu was a real difficulty- this made us not want to call and order the room as it was painful to try to order in English. It would be great if they had more vegan options on the menu, or at least a clear breakdown of ingredients so we could avoid allergens.

The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Our daughter got sick on the trip and they sent a little care package including cupcakes for her to decorate along with a personal card. I’m also pregnant and our original room was down a few flights of stairs, the staff were so lovely and allowed us to move to a more suitable room. This is our second time here and we’ll choose this place time and time again for our future stays. Facilities, staff, beach, service - everything is just top tier. Thank you

Absolutely stunning resort with highly attentive staff that makes sure every need is met. Not the cheapest of prices but what you spend is what you get! From our vip check in at the lounge to the hanging of our clothes after we sent it for laundry. At the beaches you get little cooler bags with cold towels and bottles of ice water alongside. How absolutely thoughtful. And can I mention the beef tartare with truffle cheese at breakfast and how delicious that was? The spa (sports massage) was relaxing, yet hits the exact spots needed. I wished I had more time to spend more days at the resort. There were tonnes of amenities and classes we felt we didn’t have time to utilise so this really beckons for a longer trip soon!

Bed was too soft and no Netflix available but we are just spoiled by most hotels having netflix these days

Breakfast was great, location with view was breathtaking. Staff went the extra mile to replace the birthday cake they specially prepared as surprise upon our arrival which we left uneaten after 2 days. We finally ate it on the 3rd day and was good.

Not so convenient during heavy rain and strong wind, many staff and maintenance team had to take care of problems caused by the heavy downpour.
