The location is great: the beach is just 100 meters away, there are plenty of nice cafes (Paris Levain is the best one), restaurants, and even a nice gym with AC nearby (Lucia Gym). The AC works fine, the shower has good pressure and hot water, and they provide basic toiletries. The WIFI works fine, and there's a desk to use one's laptop. The staff is fine.

The hotel is old and moldy, not so clean, and a bit smelly, but it's not too bad, and it's very affordable. The boiler was broken.

Location is great, very close to the beach. Many restaurants and cafes are in a walking distance. You can rent a scooter right at the hotel. Satff speaks english, not everyone but the lady at the reception speaks decent english. Value for money was great so i stayed extra days. The room had everything i needed, kettle,small fridge, wardrobe. The furniture is not new but for me it didn't matter. And they had an elevator in the hotel which was very convenient for me as i traveled with a big suitcase. I was satisfied with my stay.

No window but i guess i booked the cheapest room so it has not a real window but some small one with the view to the wall.

Clean facilities. Near to great Restaurants and eateries and not far from the Beach. Competitive pricing is a plus!

The staff refused to accommodate early arrival and charged 50% more although a front desker promised otherwise and there were plenty of empty rooms. Overcharged until showing Booking.com's pricing then correctly fix the problem. Other than that, the staying was pleasant and the pricing was very competitively priced! A great plus!

We arrived having taken a sleeper bus at 5am and were met at reception. This was very helpful for us. The room was clean, close to numerous bars, restaurants and shops, and.also very close to the beachfront.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with great English. The bedroom was big and clean. The bed itself was a grand size with lovely sheets. The aircon was perfect. And the location was ideal!

Close to the beach, very clean and quiet. Helpful staff, you can rent a scooter there for cheap (120k VND/day).

There was only a small window which didn't let much of the light in.

Good location. Spacious room (family suite) but balcony was missing as it was the part of the booking description. Though it was a suite but not even tea/coffee was provided. Customer service did not exist at the hotel but they allowed me to early check in at 12 noon.

Everything is good... Even the aircondition is also good... U hardly find good working condition ac in Vietnam... Location is good .... room is clean and aminities is also good..And staff is also kind and helpful.... Must visit again...
