The location is great: just a few steps away from the beach, and close to many convenience stores, restaurants (I'd recommend Com Tam Ut Van), cafes (Paris Levain), and even a nice gym with AC (Lucia Gym). Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious enough and clean enough. The cost is very affordable.

The wifi is so so. There's no hot water for most of the day, only lukewarm. The rooftop bar is closed. It seems the new property is investing to improve it, so I guess they'll fix the issues and increase the prices.

Bed is hard. No microwave. No proper glasses or cups. No couch. Extra towels cost money.

For a start, all employees were just fantastic, friendly, competent and dedicated towards their work tasks. In particular Joycee, Amie, Cindy, and Lily at the front desk are a great asset to the hotel. The members of the restaurant are 10/10, efficient, friendly and very obligingly when I asked for something special (heating my oats in the microwav every morning). The location is just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Hundreds of restaurants, local and international, are all within easy walking distance. My stay (Apartment 601) was for 30-days. I highly recommend the Richico for all travellers, and I can assure you will be looked after!

Good location, short walk to My Khe Beach, many eateries nearby. Staff were very friendly and attended to my queries before and during our stay in particularly Thanh Hien (Joyce) for her helpfulness in attending to our needs during our stay! Joyce always carries a smiling face :) which brightens our days! Good stayed!

The laundry service was not up to expectations! Did not pick up our soiled laundry as expected and had to inform the Reception few times.

Some of the food served are cold. This is not good enough. The funniest thing is the chef and the servers seem not bothered, which makes me think about whether they care about the people eating the food they serve? Also, I booked a room with Ocean view and city view with swimming pool. The room has a view to the walls of another building and that is it. Also, the swimming pool only opens from 2:00pm to 5:30pm. What sort of swimming pool is that? Why claiming you have swimming pool if it is open for 3 hours when people are not available or they are outside? This is not okay and should be taken care of

The hotel is nice, sunny and relatively clean. The staff is kind and polite. Breakfast is alright, and they are improving it (there's a new management and they're working hard). There are many convenience stores, cafes, restaurants (my favourite is Ut Van broken rice), and even a nice gym with AC nearby (Lucia Gym). The beach is only 100 meters away. There's a desk so you can work at your laptop.

The location is very strategic with only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The size of the room is not too small with complete facilities (except for kitchen utensils). It was clean and the bed was comfortable. For breakfast, you can choose the menu between instant fried noodles or banh mi. The staff is very helpful since the booking that I made was for three-rooms and I only need two rooms. I was able to cancel my booking and create a new booking.

The swimming pool is more like a plunge pool because it is too small, but since it is near the beach so better to swim at the beach anyway. They charged an additional fee for the usage of kitchen utensils, there is a note on the kitchen cabinet. I never had an experience like this before when stayed in an apartment. The room and furniture is a bit outdated and a revamp would be nice.
