The location was really great. Only a few minutes to the beach and located on a side road, so not having the heavy traffic directly in front of the window. They offer laundry service for a good price which is very convenient. Also, early check in was possible and storing the luggage before checking in. Complementary water and toiletries.

Unfortunately, there were tiny ants everywhere in the room during the whole stay. But had the issue with another hotel too, so maybe it’s just the season. Housekeeping didn’t work daily and sometimes not in the afternoon, so ask upfront for the working hours. Although it was on a side road, it was still noisy but had that issue with every hotel in Vietnam so far. Unfortunately no coffee mug even though description states “coffee making facilities”, so bring your own.

You need to walk a flight of stairs to the reception.There was no one to help with the luggages coz they cannot see you.From there there is a lift.

Big room. All amenities. Good communication from staff. Clean towels and free water every day.

Aircon worked but not cool enough. Key card access meant power off when I was out so the room warmed up and so did the fridge.

Very close to the beach! Very clean, rooms have everything you need! Friendly staff. Good value for money. Can recommend!

It is a great hotel in its price range, the room is very airy and clean, has large windows, the staff speaks good English, close to the beach and houses, supermarkets...

We experience more than what I paid for. The staff are accommodating and tries to address all of concerns from Bana Hills Tour, airport transfers and communication Barrier. Definitely! Recommendable for a hotel accommodation within Da Nang :)
