Lets get this very clear, this is a super budget stay. You are not getting any special deal or holiday pricing or off-season rate. This is just the regular price range of this hotel. So yes, great value for money. Pretty clean for a small, older property. Hard working staff who will cater to your every need.

Great location, basically right on the beach. Phan and Linh are AMAZING at Front Desk!!! Always smiling and ready to help. Perfect employees! Excellent value. Just don’t expect luxury. Very comfy bed. Very friendly & courteous housekeeping team! I recommend because of the great price and staff, but I will still honestly point out the negatives so that future guests are aware and the property can make the necessary improvements if it wishes. Remember: You get what you pay for. This hotel has amazing potential and I wish it all the very best.

Old, dirty curtains. Filthy windows. Hard to enjoy any view when the windows have never been washed. VERY small room. Booked a Deluxe Triple and it was not 28m2. False advertising unfortunately. Old, dirty refrigerator. Long black hairs in and on the bed. Not mine, I’m bald. Peep hole on room door to hallway had toilet paper stuffed in it rather than glass. Yes, I’m serious. Room #407. No hand soap in room. Old food under the bed and other litter upon arrival. No glass door or shower curtain around the tub. Water goes all over the floor. Wifi didn’t work half of the time. Lots of street noise at night. Bring earplugs. Some overhead noise from the 5th FL that was disturbing at times. Especially the chairs dragging loudly right over my bed.

Very well located, within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and the beach. We were able to check in early which was nice after a long night train. Rooms have a fridge and bottled water. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The bed was soft and comfortable. House keeping was conducted each day.

We paid a small amount extra for a balcony which was tiny and only came with small plastic stools to sit on. Not too disappointing as it wasn't much more, but it is worth mentioning. The first floor towel provided was dirty, but the next day house keeping seemed to change it for a fresh one. We asked at the desk for help with booking a tour but the lady said she couldn't help us, so we went elsewhere.

in 7 days i tried 6 different budget hotels under 10 euros. This hotel was my last one and the best. The architecture and quietness. The matress comfy, wifi speed satisfying.

The staff is amazing! Friendly helpful people, I felt very nice and welcomed at this place. The location is the best: a comfortable one minute walk to the sea; lots of food places, mini markets and garden coffee shops everywhere around. Yet it was silent at night. Like there were places open to eat, but no clubs or karaokes next to the hotel. The room is alright. It’s nice and the bed is comfy The cleaning service is the top. The ladies are very fast but precise, the towels were changed daily, the water bottle supply refilled.

The air conditioner didn’t work in my room, but the only options available to move to had a wall right next to the window - depressing. They tried to fix the air conditioner, but it still didn’t cool the room almost at all. It was okay for me, cause it’s not very hot in February.

I coughed really bad when I was in the room. After a few days i looked once at the air conditioner and everything will be full of dust. They really need to clean the air con better!

the staff is really helpful. I have a problem with my bus ticket and I can't solve it because the hotline of bus company speaks no Engish. And the lady works at the reception in the night helped me with the communication. She took about 1 hour callling the company and translated for me . She is the sweetest person I have met in Vietnam and I am very grateful that she really saved my trip. She is so nice and patient and gave her best try to help me. there is a bathroom in the lobby, so if you arrive early or leave late, you can take a shower there.

there are dirty socks in my room, so I think the cleaness of the hotel is to be worried.

Cleaning every day, very friendly housekeeping ladies and staff always smiling to my baby and willing to help with whatever I needed. incredibly good value for money, a street back from the beach which was perfect.. any closer and you’ll hear the exercise people loud music at 5am. walkable location to everything, overall good stay

thin walls, you can hear everything that goes on outside the rooms- if you have unpleasant/loud neighbours that could be an issue. rooftop is more an area for the cleaners supplies- no tables and chairs to hang out up there.

What I love the most from this hotel is the receptionish. Her name is Lynh. She is super kind. She share lots of tourist information and transportation to me. I can't thankful enough.

The hotel is just okay. Simple hotel without pool and restaurant. But what the most positive vibe here is the service. And the hotel close to anywhere.

Great location. Walk to beach, turn right and in a few minutes a cold pint on the beach for only 50k.turn left from hotel all way down and after 10 minutes lovely streets of bars and restaurants but tranquil, not like a walking street.turn left out of hotel and left toward beach and on opposite side lovely lady selling best smoothies. Turn left out of hotel across road and on left great little restaurant and great value. Supermarkets all over . We have booked again in one week before flying out
