Beach is only 1-minute walking , staff ware excellent, they helped us , location was good, everything you need nearby, breakfast was good. better to ask for up floors rooms. more quit

we ask for iron and they replay that’s they don’t have it in the hotel, we give them our cloth to hotel laundry, the washed them, but without Iron, little bit strange, also most of the laundry shops out said the hotel, they only wash your cloth, but without iron.

We have been to Soho in 2019 and really liked the hotel and that was the reason for us to search for it in booking.com and booked again. We were very happy that it survived the pandemic. The staffs and services are excellent, however, the hotel didn't have the vibes as before, probably from cut down personnels: room are spacious with ocean view, room cleaning service everyday with new clean towels, replacement new 2 free bottles of water which is a huge plus, but it seemed that maintenance of the hotel overall is not up to what it was before, it was a little rundown and feel dated. Same things with the breakfast, we used to have good buffet breakfast, but now it was limited a la carte. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants in the same street. To walk to the beach, just go right then right again for a few steps and we are at the beach front. We will continue to support Soho Boutique hotel whenever we are back to Da Nang and hopeful it will come back to the splendor it was before.

More choices, variety for breakfast for people who stay more than 2 days

Location, very friendly staff at reception and front door, good size rooms, buffet breakfast makes this hotel value for money in this area. For that reason i would recommend staying here for one or two nights.

The buffet breakfast needs monitoring. We had three breakfast there. Two breakfast people had eaten from serving area/dishes that are full of food. Fresh cut passion fruit put out on a platter to take, had spoonfuls taken out of them (people had sampled them?!) the staff must of seen this and did not remove the half eaten fruit from the serving platter. The third morning I didn’t feel comfortable eating out of the buffet for this reason. We ordered eggs/omelette. The carpet in level two was very stained and made the hotel feel dirty.

We liked our big and clean room with a huge bed, great view to the sea and a pleasant shower. A staff of the hotel was very friendly and tried to help us with different questions.

We would rather to stay in a room with a balcony and not to go every time to smoke at pool terrace. Also the swimming pool was maintained in this period and we could not use it.

The receptionist ladies Kim and Hien were absolutely fantastic. Great for a company to have such bright happy cheerful staff as the ‘face’ of their company! Thanks Kim and Hien. Location nearish beach and near back street brilluant cafes and restaurants.

Spacious, comfortable, the location. The guest concierge representative was a perfect on everything I needed.

I would rip off all the carpeting in the hall and replace with porcelain floor. It looked old and filthy. No rooftop bar service available.

The hotel's breakfast menu included a wide variety of dishes. The room was clean and freshly repaired, so there was no mouldy stink that is often common for such places.

There's nothing to complain about.

Recommend!! The Location is good. There's restaurant, Minimart , shop around hotel, very convenience!! near the beach just walk about 5 mins. to the beach. Breakfast is delicious, I stayed 2 nights the hotel change food everyday. Staffs is very nice they help us a lot.

Roof top is a bit old, swimming pool is small but good view, You can see even dragon Bridge.😅

The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean and spacious. We had a special request to give us a room on higher floors which they did. Overall, I recommend it.

I think the area near the swimming pool was still under construction when we went there. I was unable to clean myself up after swimming and it was also very dirty.

Very nice hotel and staff, all of them, but especially miss Thu was very helpful with a good English. Thks for having a good time.
