The staff was very friendly and very helpful!! Upon arrival we were given a WhatsApp contact through which trips, airport transfer and alike could be arranged easily and reliably. We used transfers to the "Hot Springs", to Vinworld and to the airport. All worked out well and were priced appropriately. The hotel is situated very close to My Khe which is a very nice and lively beach. The rooftop bar is a nice spot at night.

The hotel is an older hotel that was mondernized somewhat lately but it's definately not as glitzy as on the pictures The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The restaurants in the immediate vicinity we found either overpriced (the "western" ones at the beach) or not very nice (the ones in the streets directly behind the hotel), but with a little bit of internet research we found good placed "just a Grab away".

I'm backpacking, But decided to treat myself for my Birthday for one night and chose Belle Maison. Belle Maison was absolutely amazing. The Staff, the location, the food, I had a massage & loved it. I 💯 recommend here if you are after somewhere lovely to stay. The Buffet Breakfast had so many choices & the food was delicious. It's a clean hotel with beautiful views. Walk across the road to the Beach.

Stayed for one night here. Greeted by staff immediately from the road when we stepped out of our Grab. The customer service was amazing from the get go. We requested a early check in as we were only in Da Nang for one night and not only did they let us but they upgraded our rooms free as well. Staff there were super helpful and we could contact them at any time through what's app if need be. After asking what were going to do today we told them we were gonna get some food first and they even followed up with us to see if we had found what kind of food we were after or whether they can help us if we hadn't. 100% recommend

That we only chose to stay in Da Nang and this Hotel for one night. If we had known we would've stayed here at least 3 nights

Location of the hotel is just right at beach. Very good SPA & wellness facilities. Skyview (roof-top) bar adds some more excitement. Two good restaurants one european and one Vietnamese with excellent food and delivery to the room. Very good communication with the staff via WhatsApp - really appreciated.

I missed during the breakfast vietnamese coffee. Also I would appreciate more fruits. We had one case that TV stopped working and service guy had to come couple times until eventually they replaced TV, it took them 2 days.

Staff were very helpful. Our room had a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed and bunk beds which was great for our kids. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Spa was also great, staff were professional. Many "western" restaurants just accross the road, and many local restaurants on the same street. Plenty of choices for lunch/dinner.

If you get a sea view room , it is noisy at night. Many places accross the road play loud music till about midnight.

Right in the heart of Da Nang, close to many bars and restaurants. Attentive and proactive staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. Spa service was beautiful. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Due to the location there is a lot of noise at night until about midnight from the bars nearby. If you have young children or are a light sleeper it may not be a great spot, but it didn’t bother us.

- check-in and out takes time - swimming pool is quite small with not enough sunbeds - glass doors and also huge window in the toilet might be an issue for some but to me it did not affect my rating, window can be covered by curtain

This is my second time at Belle Maison, and I think I will be back for a 3rd, that's how great of a place it is. All the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, hotel right across the road from beach, free wifi, great massages, awesome breakfast, I could live at this hotel.

This Hotel is near the beach — you just have to cross the street for reaching it. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. All the staffs were very professional. The infinity pool is a little bit tiny but it was ok because you have a wonderful view. The rooftop bar is very chilly and there are plenty of good drinks. The Spa was very relaxing and the price was very pleasant in compare to the service you‘ll get.

A washing machine would be great because it’s an apartment (that’s normally a standard) plus there is space for a washing machine. Washing price list is way too expensive in compare to other places. We‘ve got an apartment on the 18th floor and we could hear the music from the rooftop bar very clear — it was a little bit to noisy for our one year old daughter. Two elevators are not enough for a building with 21 floors — you have to wait too long.
