This is a fabulous hotel with its own unique style. It is spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable. What makes this hotel is the staff, who are kind, caring and go out of their way to make sure we are happy with everything. We felt looked after! A special shout out to the beautiful Rose who helped us check in and showed us around and of course two other beautiful ladies Erica and Anita - all of these ladies made our stay so special. I do need to mention the excellent and complimentary (and unexpected) afternoon tea - this was delicious, and added a touch of class - although not good for the waist line! And the bedtime cookies!!! We also had Dinner one night and compliments to the chef as this was delicious! Highly recommend staying in this hotel. Every member of staff who works here were kind and helpful so thank you, to you ALL for making our stay so great 😊

Cannot think of anything!

The staff was really amazing, i aw a lot of hotels but here they were the best. Especially Dorry and Clara. Besides the staff the breakfast was the best was i ever saw in vietnam.

The hotel was great, maybe as a tip: the airconditioning was to the bed, you can get a cold from it. Maybe its better to change it to a different location in the room.

Although I have stayed in several hotels in many Vietnamese cities, I would say that this was the best. From the bellboys to room service, the staff was excellent. Ms. Rose and Anita, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that you had a nice stay. The hotel's rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is well situated across the street from the beach. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to suit every palate. Anybody contemplating a trip to the stunning city of Da Nang should definitely check out this hotel, in my opinion.

Nothing everything was excellent

This is a great value for a stay in Da Nang. Rooms are clean, bedding is comfortable, large TV with in room safe. Location is fantastic and the hotel staff is great. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with super attentive staff. ‘Erica’ particularly was fun and engaging. She gave us helpful information as did other staff members about the local area. There is also a 24 hour convenience store about a 2 minute walk away. Directly across the street are terrific restaurants right on the beach. WIFI is also free and consistent.

Our Stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast had an array of dishes. The staff at the restaurant were great. We liked our room. Room service was done on time. High Tea was great too. The location was good for us. We received complimentary spa. The spa was exceptionally good. The spa manager, Olga & Mila were amazing. Absolutely professional and worth the treatment.

We did not like the Ba Na Hills Tour operator which the hotel had provided. This was a very disappointing experience. That being said. We did give our feedback and complain about this tour to the Hotel. The hotel management were very efficient in taking action about our Tour. I would advice those who are keen to book the tours, to make sure you get good information about the tour operators who are going to provide you the service for the tour.

A huge effort was made by the staff to make sure our stay was comfortable. They gave me a surprise Birthday Cake, helped with my travel itinerary. The afternoon tea was awesome, they also gave us goodnight cookies. A free two night upgrade, due to long stay, the staff felt like family. We loved the beach, towels were provided. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

A little bit of a distance to walk to shops, but seafood restaurants were close by.

Well, I was only in Da Nang for one day and night and ended up not leaving the hotel... which I think says a lot about how good it was. Amazing value for money, especially compared to Europe. The staff all had a hello and a smile for you, the food was good, the spa was good, the room was pure luxury. The lovely Anita checked me in, and I got a Sea View upgrade (thank you again!). Highly recommend! Maaaaybe don't travel in October if you help it, I arrived right bang smack at the start of the rainy season. Or else do and treat yourself to a rainy day, luxury hotel experience!

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rose was one of the staff who connected with us daily asking for ways they could improve their service. The food was outstanding, the rooms were very clean, and the location was across the street from a beautiful beach on the ocean. Exceeded our expectations for sure.

Great position across from the beach. The breakfast and afternoon teas were excellent. Options for everyone and the cost was included in your room charge . All the staff here are so lovely - very friendly and so helpful. Special mention to Rose who went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. The barman makes a pretty good Woo Woo cocktail too. Highly recommended.

-Nice location. 5 to 10min walk to the beach. -Well-trained staff members are very kind and helpful. -Free tea time is a pleasant bonus. -Room is spacious, clean, with beautiful sea view.

-Pool is too small, awkward access through 12th floor cafe. -Hotel spa is cheap with discounts, has nice facilities, but massage quality is so so. -Right outside hotel entrance, there's a good rest area for smokers. Cold drinks are brought to you whenever you sit there.
