1. The beach is just across the road, the view from the balcony is great, sitting on the balcony and drinking beer is a great feeling! 2. The room is very large and comfortable, the sheets and beds are very clean, no dust! 3. The bathtub is very big. 4. The air conditioner is very cool 5. Next door is a supermarket, you can buy food and beer at any time. 6. The hot water is hot enough and the water pressure is enough. 7.Breakfast was satisfactory. 8. The refrigerator freezes wonderfully and you can have a cold beer anytime! 9. The best choice for a wedding trip

1. One of the two energy-saving flush switches on the toilet flushing system is malfunctioning. 2. The weighing scale has no power.

We got free dinner and desert as a gift for our wedding anniversary, that was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was very good lost to choose from. Great location and perfect sea view Nice pool and lovely cocktails.

The water pressure was very weak Bed sheet ripped. Air-conditioning notvworking properly need lots off time to start actually cooling.

Friendly staff, great location opposite the beach, lots of interesting little cafes and restaurants within walking distance on the streets behind the hotel, and this place is only a handy 10mins drive from Da Nang airport. It's clean and well-maintained, has a plentiful breakfast buffet selection, great rooftop bar overlooking the ocean and the Son Trà Peninsula.

There is a little traffic and music noise late at night (the hotel is on the main road after all that runs along the beach) so if you're a light sleeper maybe don't get an oceanfront room, otherwise highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. They were happy to help us with anything. The hotel rooms are very clean and the amenities are very good, hot water, very good wifi and very good air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is fantastic with lots of options ranging from traditional Vietnamese to western food. Hannah our main receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Nga who works at the hotel spa is very good at her job and gives the best massages ! The gentlemen’s at the main doors are very polite and help you with your luggage to and from the cars Staff at the bar and pool are very friendly and make a very good cocktail! Definitely recommend tourists to stay at this hotel !

Breakfast was great, lots of choice and well presented. Staff in the Hotel were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. A special mention must go to Huyen from the The Wooden House restaurant... she was outstanding every day.

Pool and the surrounds was very small and Pool water not very clear. Only 2 deck chairs available for all guests to use. The bathrooms in the Ocean view rooms are very poorly designed. When taking a shower you WILL soak the whole bathroom as the shower head in our room was incorrectly positioned and there's NO shower screen/curtain. Bath tub that you have to shower in was also loose and felt insecure.

Management and staff were on top of their game. Everyone really makes you feel at home. Amazing facilities, one can stay there all day and have something to do. Amazing location next to a little grocery store and across the street from beach and beach bars

I wish the room AC could of been a bit stronger as Da Nang was exceptionally humid & hot when we were there. Room was still very cool and comfortable, just personal preference.

Great buffet breakfast, plus really nice rooms ( * bed is comfy!)and infinity pool! Location is good, but stay high up as the area/road is noisy at night. From 10th floor upwards it is better. Staff is super helpful too.

A lot of noisy neighbours - not a fault of the hotel per se just the culture of the place is that they do not understand how to be quiet in the evenings. I had to report to reception, who told the family off to be quiet after 10pm.

Excellent location close to everything. Rooms were spacious, breakfast had a great variety and great Pho! Only one negative was the bathroom, very clean but when you shower the bathroom becomes drenched and not usable until it is cleaned. Need a proper shower installed instead of an open bath. However this did not ruin our impression of the hotel as it had way more positives than negatives. Staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you 😊

Everything was great, all the staff was so kind and helpful I really want to thank the manager of the restaurant for providing me with an extra special vegetarian dish for breakfast although the buffet is really rich of vegetables, fruits and a good variety of dishes with good quality. I also recommend the spa for its good relaxing experience provided through the massage, particularly I thank the lady manager of the spa for her kindness and welcoming attitude, they all are so friendly with their charming smile. Thank you again to all the staff and those in the reception also were so helpful providing us with all information that we asked. As our flight was so late at night the hotel kept our luggage and we enjoyed the facilities of the hotel after our check out till very late at night while they were very kind and friendly all the time.. I strongly recommend this hotel with all its advantages; the good location, excellent view of the beach, comfortable clean room.. excellent staff.. etc.

The location was super ideal.. right infront of the beach and we booked the mandila suite which was facing the beach and had an awesome view. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The restaurant served really tasty dishes and good drinks. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends...will return to this hotel if we visit Da Nang again.
