fair price with good facilities and helpful staff. As my 4days-3nights plan, I stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Morning Hotel and for the last night, I checked out and got other hotel near pub street. And on that evening, I wrongly called to Hanoi Morning Hotel and end the call once I know it. Just after few seconds, I received the caring message form the Hotel. I appreciate it... for your concern and kindful service to customer. Many thanks to Ms.Hang Nguyen for your help and advise, even small things to be aware during daytrip... and also while walking at crowded place like night market and pub street.

This hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay! From start to finish, my experience was incredibly well taken care of. The bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities to make me feel right at home. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially those at the front desk. They were always available to assist and advise me throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, including a fantastic and fully-stocked breakfast. I also really enjoyed it because of the great view of Hoan Kiem Lake Overall, this is a fantastic hotel and I will be returning on my next visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area.

Every time I come to Hanoi, I always stay here. The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter, but only a few steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake. I highly appreciate the delicious breakfast on the rooftop with a panoramic view of Hoan Kiem Lake. You would have to spend a lot of money to find such a great meal if you weren't staying here. The hotel staff are always attentive and very caring. I will choose to stay here again the next time I come back to Hanoi. Thank you very much.

Everything about the hotel was outstanding, from the staff to the room, to management to location and let's not forget house cleaning. I relocated from substandard hotel and upon arrival Julie (front desk staff) greeted me with a very warm smile and enthusiasm. Her infectious charm and peasantry was a wonderful welcome. Later in the evening I had a dilemma and asked Hang (night staff) for assistance and she immediately took the time and attention to not only assist me but she provided expert advice with total professionalism. Her attention to detail is second to none. The excellent service I received is a direct reflection of management commitment and dedication. Overall, I will have very fond memories of the wonderful experience at the Hanoi Morning Hotel. Definitely a class above the rest. Thank you. From a U.S.A. world traveler.

An amazing hotel 2 mins from the lake, with many options in coffee shops and local restaurants. Everything is literally close by! The breakfast was great and the lake view from the lounge was even more beautiful compared to the photos from the site. The bedroom was clean and spacious, with a comfortable big bed. Juli from the staff was brilliant, really friendly and helpful to everything i needed!!

Nothing i didn't like

Centrally located. Nightlife in immediate surrounding and it’s only 1min walk to the landmark lake Ho Hoàn Kiếm. Room was spacious, clean and with good view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Ha the receptionist, she was very helpful and cheerful upon my arrival. Overall all staff were wonderful.

We did not stay in this hotel. As prior to our arrival we were informed that our room does not have a hot water. When we arrived, we were informed that our room is under construction. Whatever the reason of canceling our room was, we got an uprade to an appartment in other location which was better than out room at the hotel should be. So we were happy about our stay.

We came for a Day before leaving late at Night for the airport. Julia the receptionist was very kind to let us check in early, and we used our room as a base for exploring Hanoi in the last day. It was very pleasant and we will surely return. The staff was also very helpful in booking a taxi for us in the evening.

We would like to have stayed longer

While we were there the restaurant at floor 1 was closed. the owner was rebuidling and have a new restaurant at the 9th floor?? But the hotel location is great. Only be aware that in the evenings from Friday till Sunday it is located in the pedestrian area. But that is also great. It is very close to all the venues and the old center of Hanoi

Better i have no idea. Yes missing it own bar and restaurant but they were on reworking the buidling

I booked last minute but this hotel is really perfect. Stepping to the door, i can see Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. In particular, I can't imagine the breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor is so beautiful, View straight to the Hoan Kiem lake. And the breakfast here is very good, especially the Pho. I will come back here after Ha Long Bay tour
