A few feet away from Ben Thanh market. Places of interest all within a good walking distance. Friendly people in general. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good size twin room. Fridge. Kettle. Aircon. TV. Couldn't hear street noise. Good lift in Hotel. Room service each day. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of food. Staff rang for taxi which cost 148,000vnd to airport.

Smell of old smoke in hallway and room. Breakfast great although replenishing was slow.

The hotel is great and right in the heart of district 1. close to the market and all the tourist places are right around the corner. it’s clean, the breakfast was good and the staff are all helpful and always smiling.

i booked a room at the front but had to change to the back of the hotel due to the noisy street. this was done without any problem. just be aware when you’re booking. this is not a negative on the hotel, just to make people aware.

Able to leave the luggage at hotel when arrived before check-in time. Iron not provided in the room but don't worry, just request and they will sent it to your room. The hotel location is very strategic. Ben Thanh market infront hotel and got a few halal restaurant nearby about 4-5 minutes walking. And walkable distance to other attraction places like Tao Dan park, Indepence Place, War Remnant museum, al Rahim mosque and more.

The room lighting a little bit dim for me.

The room was nice for a family for four. Location was really convenient, right beside the famous market. Had good street food and shopping at night. Staffs were nice. The cafe right beside the lobby served really good banana smoothie. Breakfast was fine.

Requested for special deco or any special arrangement for my birthday. They didn't reply on time and no deco or arrangements were made.

Location of the Hotel was excellent, Breakfast was good although communicating with the staff was difficult asking for a cup of tea and a cooked egg :-( concierge staff where extremely helpful

There was no window in our room even thought I booked a superior suite and checking the hotels description it does not mention that the rooms do not have windows.

Great location. Ben Than market is just across the street. Good breakfast.

Twin room has sink outside the bathroom, next to the bed. Water can spill over to the bed. And bathroom area for twin room is too small. When one needs to use the hairdryer, it is noisy and the other cannot sleep as there is no door to absorb the noise. Suggest to choose a king size bed type instead. (We booked 6 rooms so we can compare both types.)

we had 3 room, one of the room air con takes a bit of time to cool. also, only one key per room

Assistance with our baggage up and down the front steps was excellent. Airconditioning set at good levels. Spacious bedrooms. Super modern shower. Smiling staff.

location and cleanness is good. I booked the city view and it's very nice

the receptionist asked different prices from booking.com. they said their system shows different price. luckily I checked the detail or I would pay more. the noise proof is not good. can hear clearly when people talking on the corridor .
