First impression when entering the lobby, it gave off a very luxurious feel and it was nice and cool. A relief from the humidity outside. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The checking in process was fast and easy. Our room overlooked the street and we could hear some cars but later into the night it dies off and we got a pretty good night sleep. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were clean with good space. The bed was a Queen and the mattress was firm. For breakfast it was a buffet style with Western and Asian food. We found the food selection pretty good and we quite enjoyed it. For the location, it was close to everything so we had no issues walking around and finding places to eat, shop and etc.

The hotel is nice and staff are overall friendly and helpful! Location wise, near to city center and there's a circle k convenience store located opposite. Room is spacious and large and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good (they change a few dishes daily and there's live cooking too). Room service was well done.

Bathroom is big and have bathtub and automatic blinds. However, on certain days, there was no hot water (possibly many are using at the same time) and was lukewarm. And the drainage has problem and all the water from the bathtub would flow out from below and flooded the toilet floor. It took a while for the water to be fully drained and floor was wet.

Delicious breakfast, many rich options. Enthusiastic chef. Restaurant staff dedicatedly advised and introduced dishes to me. What a wonderful experience staying here. Hotel location is convenient, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. The receptionist helped me a lot in all matters with professionalism and friendliness. I didn't think I would ever enjoy such a perfect business trip. Thank you Blue diamond luxury and all hotel staff. I will come back and recommend this place to my friends

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy and clean, with complete amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We didn't get the chance to have breakfast because the schedule of our tour was very early. The location is very accessible to the landmarks and famous places to visit even if one wishes to walk around. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for making our trip to Vietnam a memorable one.

This is the second time I have returned to the Blue Diamond Hotel. What surprised and delighted me most was that the entire room had been renovated and upgraded. Everything becomes more wonderful. One thing is for sure, when you come here you will feel the care from all the hotel staff. The receptionist is polite and always helps whenever you need it. I will come back more often and introduce this place to my friends when traveling to HCM in the future

The design of the rooms was super elegant! Such cute furniture in the rooms and the lobby (I got to glance in other empty rooms on my floor and they were all just a beautiful!) Staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. They spoke good English which helped me a lot Breakfast buffet was a little different each day and had good fresh ingredients. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big and spacious.

The hallways smelled like cigarettes often, and that bothered my sister with asthma when she visited. But the room smelled clean and nice. Some of the design choices need to be repaired, towels need to be replaced for example, BUT it's important to understand that I stayed here after 2 years of poor tourism due to covid, so there was no income for big repairs. The fact that they were able to offer a delicious buffet with such variety and fresh ingredients, offer plenty of custom good quality toiletries and assistance speaks wonders!

The helpful staff specially Mrs Lieu who went out of her way to help me in getting my parcel stuck at UPS released with constant follow up.

No iron in the room. Saving mirror required. Hot water in the tap is insufficient. And objections raised on drying some daily use garments in the room. They even charged me 100,000 VND for a small hand towel catching coffee spot.

Delicious meals with many choices, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location is very convenient, you can get to famous places in Ho Chi Minh City quickly. The hotel staff is nice and always help us during our stay here. We will recommend to friends and come back here next month.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel the staff was very helpful. This was my first introduction to Vietnam and the Blue Diamond staff made me very comfortable. My room was more than adequate, with space to enjoy the experience. The Circle K across the street has an excellent selection of snacks, ramen and beverages, and I found this really convenient. The massage next door was nice but I do not like to be required to pay a tip without knowing if the massage will be any good. Luckily - it was very good.

I recognize that the typical European breakfast is not the norm in Asia. Nonetheless I would ask that some variety be added - maybe muesli? Maybe a pastry of any kind. :) In the room, the mattresses are very very hard. And while I loved the open shower, the water never got hot. A little warm, yes.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. Especially Steven. The breakfast was good; all were available.
