the location is great, direct in the City Center and all the Maik activities are walkable. overall we had a good stay in this hotel, room was clean and comfortable. staff was helpful and friendly. definitely recommend.

The room with „window“ not worth it, the window is directly heading the neighbor building, like 1 Meter from it. so it has no value and should be „better described by the hotel“. Save the money and book without window. services offered by the hotel for pick up of airport is expensive, better to go with grab

Basically, everything was fine to very good. the bathroom was good, but unfortunately the floor got wet when showering as there was no shower partition but otherwise everything was fine The fitness room was very small, but I don't think the visitors really train there either. also the pool upstairs, nice but a bit too small, but nice view

The location is excellent with many places of interest in easy walking distance. The staff were most friendly and helpful. Love the view from the rooftop jacuzzi. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a range from which to choose, and eggs freshly cooked as you asked them to be done. Again, the staff in the breakfast room were first class. The hotel room in which I stayed was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a bathtub - which I always enjoy. Very good value for money.

Prime location, awesome staff(above all, the kind receptionist Cary) and very very clean all around, which is always a great plus. I loved it all!

Wi-Fi was sometimes pretty bad: not a 4-5 bad, but like a 6 out of 10, which is clearly not ideal if you're on a business trip.

Every staff is very helpful to guests. The room space is good for 2 people with comfy twin beds. Great location in the city center.

The room was very well laid out and clean and comfortable! The modern yet cozy atmosphere made us want not to leave our rooms and the bed was also extremely nice. Furthermore the location is great you have access to basically anywhere.

The staff was pretty inflexible and had rather cold attitude. We arrived at HCMC very early in the morning but they didn’t let us check in early, they did let us leave our luggage at the property pre-checkin but there weren’t any space for baggage storage so our luggages were just left in the lobby where anyone could see or even touch… Also when I decided to extend my stay, I asked the staff for an arrangement of date/room but he couldn’t tell me if that was possible so I had to wait until the morning of our checkout day to see if I could really stay longer or not.

This hotel is located in the beating heart of the city with good access to the main sights of District 1. Although it's on a busy street inside the hotel is peaceful and comfortable. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi pool were very much appreciated after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The rooms are done up in a modern style however the bathrooms could do with a little updating. Overall the rooms are spotless.

There was a bug in my room on last night of the stay (2nights), called to front desk but take sometimes for staff to come. when staff arrived the bug was gone. Need to call 2times till staff see the bug and took it out. other than this bug, hotel is good.

very thing about the silverland hotel chain group is great. it is the 2nd hotel in the chain i have stayed in. the standard in both hotels is exceptional. everything was great. It is the best little hotel I have stayed in ever location
