A charming place where the staff were truly gorgeous! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. At check in I was orientated to the whole place which was really helpful - I loved the rooftop view, I enjoyed using the rooftop spa & I loved the afternoon tea. The staff helped me with everything -use of a charger, swapping my afternoon tea day because I missed it on arrival, leaving me to work in the room ( I had a 6 hour teleconference), and for a quick chat which made me feel so welcome. Ho Chi Minh City is busy and bustling & this is a great location to be in and feel safe to walk around and explore. My room was perfect - I had a comfortable, quiet, sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you for the sincere warmth, attention and dedication of all your staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

A cake of soap in the bathroom would have been nice.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed afternoon tea. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Although small, the rooftop area is just like the pictures!

The room/bed/sofa were all great. The jacuzzi tub was a welcome plus after a long flight. The rooftop bar/restaurant was also a great plus to take a break from the heat. It is small but lovely for that reason with very friendly service and with a fantastic view. I didn't use the pool but saw other guests relaxing in it including kids having a great time. The location is terrific. It is very near all the main attractions but on a quieter street. One can get a Grab (Uber) to get anywhere outside the center city for a very reasonable cost. There is an excellent gourmet food shop near by where international travelers can get whatever 'comfort supplies' they want that aren't available in the local shops. A plus for solo travelers who don't want to dine out every meal. The hotel breakfast is very good.

The staff, led by Jenny, were accommodating, professional, and friendly. Her team could not do enough to help. Absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with noisy guests, they immediately upgraded us. I had a birthday and got a cake! At breakfast and afternoon tea the staff make a point to visit tables to enquire after guests' needs. We stay in a lot of hotels every year, and cannot remember such outstanding service. A special word of thanks for Ngan and Thao, who are a credit to Jenny's team. The breakfast /afternoon tea lounge was beautiful, and the rooftop pool and bar was a must.

Our room did not have a window. They make it clear on the website, so make sure you are aware before choosing.

Beautiful most beautiful rooftop hot/cold pools and bar with Ho Chi Minh views! We loved how welcoming the staff at the hotel are and how comfortable they made our stay. Manager Jennifer Lim was so kind, helpful to arrange our airport transfer with a staff member to meet us at airport with cold waters in car for us on a really hot day and made our stay so special. The breakfast was a mix of Viet and western foods and all delicious! This is a wonderful gem of a hotel.

Lovely small hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms were refreshing with interesting old photographs of Saigon. Good location - close to good bars and landmarks etc The roof top bar and pool had a great view.

The roof top pool - one was ridiculously hot the other ridiculously cold, neither makes sense for a roof top pool as they can not be environmentally friendly The ‘happy hour’ was ambiguously worded

The hotel is very centrally located yet was in a quiet street. My room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Morning breakfast had a lot of varieties whether Vietnamese or international. The staff were the highlight of my stay: they were super helpful and extremely pleasant and welcoming. Sunny, Lisa, Edith and Vinh were particularly alert and did their best to satisfy and assist. The rooftop and the views are surely an added asset: the atmosphere, the music and the drinks were nourishing after a long sight-seeing day! Bravo and keeping it so cozy and comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the jacuzzi and the shower were in one place. No need at all for a jacuzzi in the bathroom of the hotel and a walk-in shower is easier and much more practical and readily available for all ages. the water pressure was also not at its best as well as the plumbing system. Often times the water flow was not good.

The breakfast was great and so was the "tea", which was really more like a late lunch to us. The rooms were extremely comfortable (two twins were not tiny twins, they were a good size and comfortable). The staff was all amazing and so sweet and hospitable.

Literally nothing that we didn't like.

The front desk went out of their way to give us a river view room for which we were very appreciative. Although the room was not overly large, it had a very comfortable bed and a lovely fainting couch on which to sit and enjoy the passing boats and the night lights of the city. The rooftop bar offered a great view of both the river and beyond and the cocktails were delightful. There was a free afternoon tea which was a lovely extra offered by the hotel. Lisa, the hotel manager, was especially attentive and all staff were welcoming. We liked the location of the hotel although it was not within easy walking distance to all the sites because of the high humidity. There were many good restaurants and coffee shops located near by. Breakfast was not included in our rate but if the breakfast offered was anything like the tea it would be delicious.

It did not matter to us, but families booking should be aware that the pool is very small and does not accommodate many people.

Complaining on a very high level: it's a bit tricky to find the right water temperature in the shower (suddenly turned pretty hot)
